- Our approach to treating a high-grade fistula with the so-called balloon-augmented pressure cooker technique.
With a focus on the arterial way to attack the AV shunt with liquid embolics #Onyx, this is probably the fastest and safest way to go with. This minimizes the chances of complications and gives an optimal outcome. As usual, a #radial approach was preferred for the case.
Materials:
Radial-stick with 7F short sheath
· 4F Vertebral guide-catheter
· 7F 079 RIST catheter
· Scepter Mini balloon-catheter
· Scepter C balloon-catheter
· DMSO
· Onyx 18

The middle meningeal looks small , did you use sceptor mean still ? Why no magic microcatheter?
Magic is also a great choice!
