But, when these unlawful acts or treason against this nation are committed by President Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, the media justifies these actions. Are we going to be a fair and impartial Republic upholding the Constitution, or are we going to ignore criminal activities being played out by our current administration. President Biden should have never been elected to the office. He is and has always been a crook with questionable alliances with China for years. People in this country need to open their eyes and use their voice to fight for the truth since the media is controlled by the Democratic Party. Both parties, in my opinion, should be held accountable for not being held culpable for honoring the Constitution. Shame on them for not defending our country and its freedoms and civil liberties.

Nobody seems to be talking about the Fitzgerald vs Nixon Supreme Court case of 1982 which ruled that Presidents have immunity while performing their duties while in office.

Presidents need the ability to ask legal experts for advice inside and outside of his administration. They should not be able to go after lawyers that give the president advice even if they are not in the administration when they advise him.

Doggonet the not so supreme supreme court does not give rulings they give opinions, second place the "supreme" court isnt supreme its the constitution that is supreme it is the SUPREME law of the land, third the constitution only gives very very few things the president can have immunity from, other wise the president would be a monarch if he or she had full imunity.
If the cases against Trump 'go away' is he going to be reimbursed for the tremendous cost of his legal expenses? Can he file lawsuits for the numerous violations of his constitutionally protected rights?
I hope so.
Also, I wish the USA could file some kind of personal lawsuit against the people who filed frivolous suits against Trump, wasted our money, and tried to interfere in another election.
