I agree with u both ....I u/s with ease & also u/s constantly apologising when u dont need to..
....it's the rush to get things out as often not heard as a child.
Also strong chain of thght that ADHD is a natural, survival reaction to trauma at a young age. The stress, adrenaline etc due to ongoing trauma means yr brain learns to be over vigilant, cautious...always on yr toes.....so it's often the logical response.
It obv becomes an issue though as even when not in danger/traumatized U still move in the world as if u r. Gabor Mate talks about it.

This was such an interesting interview. I had never heard of Liam or his biological father until today. I am so glad that Liam's hurt has transformed him into someone with integrity. I admire his straight from the shoulder approach to life now. The betrayal he has suffered is so immense. I think he is generous towards the monster he was subjected to. I think this apology for a human being is a pyschopath, not a sociopath. I wish him every happiness and success in life. Great interview James.

What a fantastic interview. I had no idea of this story. What a genuine guy. To come through all that abuse and become this stand up guy. You’ve got to admire and respect that.
The second guessing thing he mentioned a few times is a normal reaction to gaslighting. The better the gaslighting the more you second guess yourself. Good job James. 👍

Big respect to Liam. I worked with Pete in a call centre and like Liam says he definitely makes everything about him and wants to be the centre of attention, he eventually got sacked from the job and one night he followed one of the directors home from a night out and gave him a cheap shot down a dark road.

It's not just for Liam that this has been cathartic, James, we all have to experience such horror stories that the human condition goes so sour yet you give the opportunity for this to happen. Kudos to you and thanks.

Such a brave man for speaking his truth and child hood trauma. You can tell you were raised up by the very best beautiful ladies. I truly agree, when you lose the most beautiful precious people in your life, you can and will get through absolutely anything life throws at you. Well done for your truth, honesty and such courage xx👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
