Bought Suzuki Access125 in 2020. Its been 4 years and I don't regret this decision. I drive mostly on National Highway and the ride quality is superb, Its a highway king. It touches 80 km/h easily without any struggle (Max 95km/h). Disk Brake is life saviour on highways. My battery also died within a year, I replaced it with Amaron battery and its been 3 years without any issue of self (electric) start.
I had same battery problems right after 3 months of purchase. Battery volt fall down to 10v. If your battery fall down to 10v. you couldn't start the scooty by self start. You have to start it by kick and for ladies it is hard to start by kicking. From service centre guys they told the brand new access comes with exide brand battery which is black in colour. And after issuing of battery when you visit service centre to replace the battery they replace it with a red colour exide battery. Which is better than black one. If some one facing the same problem then force to service manager to exchange or replace the battery into red one.
People who face battery related issues ensure you start your bike using kick start for the first time of the day let it run on idle for sometime and then move on …I have been doing this in my suzuki access 125 which I bought in 2021 also for my unicorn 150 since 2016 and had never faced battery related issue

Right Bro..👍🏻Myself from Karnataka State, Udupi Dist & I too own the same model BT/Drum in Royal Bronze purchased on Feb-2023. Here all the i faced problem from this scooter is all through the negligence from the Main Service Centre themself i faced certain issue right from the day of purchase till the 3rd service running now. Here nobody is keen in providing a quality service even in the Main Dealership, as the larger number of sales of these access/burgman models are on demand these people are least bothered in any customers satisfactory service provision.. As u said the ₹100/- consumable charges are taken from the Sub Dealers of Suzuki in the name of Lubrication & Cotton Waste. The headlights are realy dull looks like we are riding with a 9volt Head Lamps. Vehicle need to be frequently rode atleast 20km/day as the battery needs to be charged daily to hold a sufficent charge. Lacking provisions are there are No Pass Switchs & Hazard Switch which is more essential. No dickey Lights.
You are right brother, Iam also from Udupi. The main dealer has no concern for customers complaints. You can approach the sub dealer at Kinnimulki for better care and patient hearing.
Right Now Access is also Good among more better options, but make sure your local dealership is better enough to solve all the minor problems first..@@ayushpatel5463

Bro , sorry to say that. You have lack of knowledge about two wheeler. Due to your negligence your have faced this much issues. I have the same model vehicle which was purchased on aprioll 2023 and it has completed 1 year 3 months and the i have driven the vehicle till today is 15000 . I have not faced any issue till now . Keep your service properly. Normally clutch and breaks ka service krte rehna continuously.

Fuel pump problem bhi tha bt company ne solve kiya , bt battery wala prob acess and burgman me still exist. Baki both scooty are amazing in performance.
I bought my Suzuki Acess 125 in the year 2018. I had battery issue in first 6months, so i changed it with Amaron battery. Just changed my battery again after 6 years. The OEM battery is garbage so you should change as early as possible. Battery drainage is also due to headlight been on always as mandatory by RTO. I am very Satisfied with my scooter .

There is a showroom scam in Bangalore. The showroom replaces your battery with old one when you go for service.
