Hey hey For the teaching material it depends on where you are teaching. Sometimes company provide their own material. If they don't you can search the Internet for material. I recommend Cambridge University books.

I'm not completely sure about online but if you were to teach abroad they yes, you need to have TEFL, It may be the same for online teaching too
