Excellent looking figure, I wish neca would take some time off from making constant turtles figures to make 7" versions of Batman movie characters like this
I'm really glad they re-released it. I missed out on the first chance to get her and Returns is my favourite film. Plus this is the best Catwoman to date in terms of likeness and movie accuracy I think. They havent just re-released her either, if you watch the reviews from the first release you can see they've updated her. The paint apps look better, the hair is a lighter more accurate shade of blond and most noticeable its a completely different wip! The wip with the original looked awful. It was fabric I think. So glad I got this second version.
Yeah! I'm notice this too! Other difference: They added blonde paint on side of her damaged head. Her lips on this head now is without lipstick. It's fabulous glam! I love her!
Amazing review as always, what's interesting about this rerelease is the whip is different to 1st release the whip this time is like you mentioned braided and actually looks closer to her whip, where the 1st release looked like fabric folded over the wire, so glad Neca released her again as i unfortunately had to sell mine, anyone who wants one should absolutely get her :D.

Love the angry Catwoman head though the first head sculpt shown is odd. My favourite is still the Tweeterhead 1:6 scale maquette where she's standing with the whip raised above her head on the base (Shrek's store) I absolutely love it and feel like it captures Michelle Pfeiffer perfectly 😻
I wish it was a different scale, but it’s a great figure. Almost want to pick up the quarter scale Catwoman, Penguin, and the 89 Batman (not the right film, but close enough). I’d prefer 7” or sixth scale personally.
BUT... how to differentiate the old Keaton Batman, and old Catwoman... from this versions? whats the code? or what is different in the box... sellers wont open it to check the whip, same with the batman figure
After going back and forth with my preorder on these 1/4 Batman figures, I ended up getting all 3 reissues once again. Still waiting for the Batman but these are almost hot toys quality in 1/4 scale. Great review!
Brilliant figure and a perfect review. Head and expression are perfectly accurate. The only issue is that the corset part is kind of bulky and makes the waist too wide.
Catwoman & Penguin figures we actually want from HOT TOYS. Enough of the Marvel/Mandalorian vomit already!!! Neca did a great job but I wish I had these in 1/6 scale HOT TOYS!
We're lucky they re-released her..saw her years ago and became a "grail"..now she's sitting somewhere in Texas on her way here,lol. E.E. shipping is awful
I actually canceled my preorder because of this review lol. I just wished the costume was a little less distressed. This costume definitely suits the look during the final scenes instead of the beginning which I would prefer.
This is a nice looking Catwoman figure. However, I much prefer the Batman Returns Catwoman 1/4th scale figure that you reviewed years. That one had a much better head sculpt in terms of Michelle Pfeiffer's likeness. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot for another great video. I really appreciate the hard work!

Dude! Use hair wax or gloss! never cut! I could do amazing things with this hair within the sculpt. Never cut . Curl back or straighten forward. Ill show you if you send me this figure. I know hair.
Putting the whip in. I found it was much easier to feed the whip in but what I did was i clipped the actual whip into her hand then pulled it up I used the end closest to the handle to reduce time and it went in quite easy

They nailed the head sculpt on her. Figure still holds up today
The detail on this figure is outstanding and the angry headsculpt is 100% accurate to Michelle Pfeiffer
Michelle is now my favorite Catwoman and she nailed the role of the character. If only NECA can do a Batman Returns version of Batman.

I grew up with this movie in the 90s as a kid and actually had this Halloween costume. This figure is so nostalgic!

I love it! The head sculpt is amazing, I just think her make up is a bit off.
The first headsculpt looks like Susan Surandon
Putting the whip in. I found it was much easier to feed the whip in but what I did was i clipped the actual whip into her hand then pulled it up I used the end closest to the handle to reduce time and it went in quite easy
She also has a bit more articulation in her. Her legs can both go into a full split and her arms also can level with her shoulders

I just don’t get how NECA thought only providing an undersized single peg stand was acceptable for a $100+ 1/4 scale (re-released!) figure.

If you analyse the nose section of each head, you'll realise the closed mouth sculpt is not her and the cowel is longer on the nose.
