Great job. I love the speed and precision of these techniques. I find the deep stances and canted back angle of the vom tag very unique. What inspired this particular position? When you are in the krieg, you are REALLY in the the krieg. A very good job. Please keep up the good work. This was both helpful and inspiring.
overall no where near as bad as some of the others, but one thing i noticed right away is that right before the man on the left side (with out the gloves) flutters his fingers right before he strikes, telegraphing when he strikes, just my two cents but overall good job on intent. looking to see an updated video
Very good video. Got some different thing I gotta try next training. I see some minor positionings aspects I would like to change, before this clip is a perfect 10 in my book. Most of them are made 'cos you do Martin makes the fencing safe, which is great fencing, but can easily be misinterpret by people not of knowledge of the HEMA fighting. Note me if your interested in my opinion. Thanks again for the great clip. Cheers /Robert
Really nice compared to other we see on RUclips ...the VomTags are very wrong in my opinion plus the hit from the Stranchut is also wrong because when he raises the Stranchut to the other side to meet the coming blow his opponent sword is underneath his...his opponent could easily follow through and slash him or thrust him in the belly
Mozem otazku? Robi tie mece na mieru? Je mozne si unho urobit mec s potrebnou dlzkou? Vydrzia tie mece? 90cm cepel je strasne malo. Ja ako 186cm potrebujem aspon 100-105cm cepel a rucky tiez oblubujem dlhsie pretoze sa s nimi lepsie robia windy a dupliereny. Co uz... sila paky nepusti :)
@Cade112393 Hello. In this video I am really using long (or call it great if you like) messer. You can find such weapons in the central Europe and it can be said that they where quite popular as a alternative weapon to the long sword. You can find such weapons also in the western Europe, for example on the historical illustrations/engravings of the landsknechts too.
+Rodrigo Martins Eustaquio and you easily can :) they were probably only really sharp in the last quarter twoards the point. These techniques are for unarmored, most of these, would have little, or no effect on someone wearing full plate armor. Halb schwert, or Half sword would be used in that situation, where the blade is held with on hand on the middle :)
popici, chalosi. moze byt ;-) vydno, ze poctivo makate a nekecate zbytocne. lubi sa mi to, hodne zdaru, je to super.
Respekt, einfach unglaublich...
nicely executed. i especially like your body stance and footwork.
wow, your school is so great and so multisided (longsword, rapier..)
much appreciated.
Love the music!

Ten cierny ma embleton ako aj ja. S tymi durrermi budes iste spokojny. Ake dlhe cepele si si nechal urobit? Klasicke 90cm ci na mieru robenu cepel.

Uf,uf, jste samurajové Evropy. Zajímal by mě souboj Evropa verzus Japonsko.
