Ooooh neighbors can be weird i currently live in Russia. My neighbors are so loud at night because they are alcoholics and that’s sad but anyway me and my husband were bothered but ignored them but they were too quick to ask a POLICEMAN recently to visit us because me and my husband DARE TO BE QUIET AND NEVER TALK WITH THEM . Well. Never gossip I guess. We can’t wait to move but we need to work hard to buy our own house. But I’m still shocked that police man was seriously concerned why we don’t talk with neighbors and why we aren’t loud like them. I’m shocked.
