Im an ESTJ married to an ISFJ. Im attracted to his loyalty and warmth while he's attracted to my drive and ambition. Regardless of your personality, relationship works only when there is open communication and of both parties are willing to adjust.
Super accurate. A bit of a benevolently worded analysis. My ESTJ gets things done and is super reliable, but is incredibly inflexible and detests sentimentality and negative feedback. From Superwoman to Dictator to crazed 8 year old narcissist flamethrower. Fed by acts of service, execution, order, and obedience. Also needs admiration for these compulsive traits and their products. Hire one, for sure. But you better know yourself and know whom you are marrying.
Snezana Petkovic for the record, my results indicate that I am an ENTP, for what that’s worth. So, that’s the perspective from which my comments stem, in the MBTI context.
Snezana Petkovic my 4 year relationship is an ESTJ and I’m INFP too! Odd how our complete typology opposites (noooo letters in common) tend to not only work better/longer, but they help us evolve ourselves and give strengths to our weaknesses
My sister says she is INFP. I am ESTJ and she hates me. He's 47 and I'm 51. Been like that for LIFE! Growing up.. I must have lived in an environment of Ni users because I was always put down, bullied and shut up about my opinions, thought processes or just about anything I did. I never really got to know my true self until I moved up and away from all that. I knew there was "something inside of me that needed to naturally flow and get out". To "thrive". So I found myself around the age of 30. My husband is ISTJ. We get along but show little to no affection towards each other. Concern is what my son, our only child might see. Much respect to both. I am NOT so good with money. NOT all ESTJs are alike!
5:10 - look carefully. An ESTJ - ESTJ pair is labelled amongst the worst. Not outright _the_ worst of all posibilities. Same type amplifies the worst things of the types. For example you might both value certain routines and then have very different opinions about how those routines should work. Wanting to avoid change, the both of you would like the other to show some flexibility. And neither of you would like to do that. As a general rule, exact same types and exact opposite types are both bad matches. (Look at the INFP.) Also as a general rule, some theoretically bad matches will work out. The exceptions prove the rule.

ImageryMemberDotCom So, do you regret marrying one? Are you guys still together?
Snezana Petkovic 30 years and counting. 3 kids and we are committed. All of my above comments are for other youngers.
