- The Elite Empire has decided to take action, in response to the recent events regarding [TCA] and the RockyPalace. Our Federation ally [TCA] The Court of Angels, made attempts to establish peaceful relations with a neighboring planet within the solar system. This planet’s Capital is known as the RockyPalace, this Capital has established foreign connections with the Federation’s enemies. Being a neighboring planet in the solar system, we feel as if eliminating them would be unnecessary. We believe negotiations would benefit both of us, as we could arrange attempts to discuss alliances. However, the RockyPalace rudely declined [TCA]’s diplomatic attempts and began to block their supply chains. [TEE] was informed on such an event, Emperor Coral decided to take action. [TEE] deployed it’s Emperor and two of it’s finest Knights to confront the RockyPalace. As we deployed onto their landing station, we were immediately met with the Palace’s defense mechanisms. The Palace deployed its few Warriors to fend off the incoming attack. The Federation asumes they were informed on the incoming assault by their Allie’s. Which are enemies to the Federation, [TCUS]. Emperor Coral was informed and decided to launch a full on attack on the Palace for this very reason. Their military was weakened and what happens next…well, we’ll find out on the next one! In all seriousness this isn't fair, at this rate it doesn't matter how much skill someone has as long as they have teammates they will win 99 percent of the time.
The game's basic premise is fighting while trying to preserve a stamina bar, if there are teammates constantly draining it there is no hope for winning, no matter how skilled you are. While I greatly appreciate the amount of effort it takes to make RUclips videos, it is my opinion that teaming really shouldn't be something normalized in the game, there's just no challenge when teaming.
Well, I understand your opinion. But your wrong. There is a skill gap and your on the lower end of the stick, there are many videos where skilled people are winning 1v2s, 1v3s and even against the entire server. It’s all about your skill. Plus, the entire saber showdown community likes the idea of clans, which is why we have so many of them in game. Even to the point where you can literally verify your clan in the game, and have clan name tags. It’s how we create content and fun.
@@EliteShowdowns It is entirely plausible that I lack the skill necessary to defend myself against teamers.
However for the sake of argument, let's assume there is a skilled player fighting two equally skilled players who are competent teamers.
There is no skill gap between the former and the latter but the increase in numbers gives the latter's chance an edge in the probability of winning.
Let us assume then for the sake of argument that several opponents equally skilled like the two who fought against the skilled player appear, say 10 players.
It is reasonable to conclude that the latter has an unfair advantage on the former and this has nothing to do with skill but everything to do with numbers.
As for clans, the idea of clans as teams is tolerable in clan servers, when talking about public servers however, it becomes an entirely different story.
It is true that there are videos of people winning 1v2s, 1v3s and so on, but that is likely due to said players being more competent in strategy than the teamers, if said teamers are competent and equally skilled, it would be reasonable to conclude that the result wouldn't be the same
Given that teaming can be exploitable even under fair circumstances in regards to skill, it is reasonable to conclude that the devs should take steps to reduce the effectiveness of teaming to an acceptable level. We must also consider that players constantly losing to teamers will motivate players to focus less on their individual skill and more on their skill working as a collective in teams, leading to an epidemic-so to speak- of teaming, or would simply leave the game never to return due to repeated frustration over the unfairness of teaming.
@@jaydenaryan2425 teaming is unavoidable…we have clans for a reason. You think a clan is gonna listen to complainers like you, and stop teaming just to duel request each opponent individually…no. War doesn’t work like that, which is why I said your wrong. The people who play the game know this, which is why they play to get better, or join a clan to be apart of the content and get better. At least know the community and the game before typing essays and stuff bro. You sound like you’ve never played the game.

Furthermore you labelled me as a "complainer" when all I did was point out the unfairness of teaming, I'm an idealist not an idiot.
Whether or not clans will agree with me is irrelevant, my point about the unfairness of teaming still stands. I never insinuated that individuals duel request each other, teaming is a deliberate action involving two people working together in a pvp scenario, fighting random people and third partying is not deliberately causing unfairness, it's fine if the third partyer fights the other person too.
I will repeat my premise that Clans fighting in clan servers is fine, but in public servers action should be taken to limit the effectiveness of teaming because it's unfair for solo players, as I stated in my previous reply: having skill does not guarantee a win and teaming still posits an unfair advantage, you obviously did not understand my previous reply. Clans can be used to form bonds, work together and fight together in a fair environment in clan servers, it's not a fair environment in public servers.
I'm entirely aware of the community and the game and saying "You sound like you've never played the game before" does not address or disprove my points in my previous argument.

Because we team? Isn’t that what a Clan is about? It’s a lightsaber combat game. We can handle our own, but if every video is just a solo than obviously it won’t be entertaining. People like you ruin the community because all you do is complain and trash talk.

This games basic premise is taking care of your stam through constant parry attack and defense meaning if you have a group helping you constantly even a sweat or tryhard will fall to your group. For example I have 3 days playing and found a dude named Zye, a supposed grandmaster from a clan we fought and I killed him 2 out of 3. After that he had others attack me lol so I left cause they just take advantage of attacking together literally obliterating my stam. If there was more freedom to the combat or if it was modernized and had speed like battlefront 2 even a group of elites would fall to real grandmasters cause they would have to deal with grandmaster level dodging as well as grandmaster level jump attacks which is clunky and slow and extremely telegraphed in saber showdown, Niman can’t even be used properly in saber showdown, but in a game like battlefront 2 I promise even if you had much experience in a game like battlefront 2 and even with your buddies you would still get dominated. It ain’t complaining it’s just the truth. No wonder you created your channel for Roblox saber showdown lol.
