Yes you can spray paint the weights! We had the same silver weights and husband painted them black. They paint has held up well over a year now.

Hello Tiffany, I simply love your home and I know your so proud of it, the gym is amazing. You can actually paint those weights with the Rust-Oleum Universal gloss paint & primer in one, any surface, any angle, it’s great. Also a great sign would be “Live Laugh Love and Learn “ for your craft room. I seen a video also where they had installed a small water fountain. Hope some of these suggestions help. I love your videos and your sweet family so much. Many blessings ♥️🌹
