I honestly don't like where this is heading. It's like the feeling of loosing control over basic things in life and becoming so dependent on technology to judge me and decide for me.

I am not sure that it is a good thing to give power to the people. The best example is Brexit. OK, people can vote, but the problem is that people doesn't always knows what is beneficial for them and what is not simply because they live their lives and doesn't care about politics. So they listen to their representatives who is either honest to them or manipulate them to vote in their favor. The same would happen if we use block chain for voting. Majority would delegate their voting right to someone (representative) simply because they are not interested in some topic. What I am referring to with my comment is last part of the video where Christopher says that maybe in future, governments will use block chain for making decisions.

It may end up like voting at corporate annual general meetings, that you can individually vote, or your representative will be assigned as your proxy.
