Hmmm, almost 2years have been in iraq, i never for once have chnace during the day ro rest, whatever i want to do for myself i do it at 1am or 2am when i enter my room to sleep, and ince it 8am i have to start work again. May God bless all shagala out there including me

Lovely hair !
This is a suggestion.
Braid the hair all the way down to the very end, to the tip.
This will help to keep the ends from breaking off. Also, before you put oil on your Hair, not on ur scalp, but before you put the oil on your hair. Make sure that there is a little bit of water on the hair, which will hydrate the hair.
And after, put the oil on, to help to seal the water hydration in, which keeps the hair soft and helps it to not break off.
The hair certainly grows, but to keep the length, if that’s what you want. You have to protect the ends.

Keep up with the hair care routine but for good result and hair to stay healthy avoid heat always ....maybe you can heat after three months. Twist is the best hair protective style. All the best

To make it easier for you next tims try parting it into 4 n then twists afterward u can wear mini mouse ears hairstyle as in matuta mbili plus twists are faster to open uo too- nevertheless u did an amazing job but it must hav been tiring
