- This week I show you how I change out the welding machine on my truck. I take out the Miller Pipe / Pro 400 and stick the Trailblazer 302 Diesel in the truck. The 400 needs and oil change an I wanted to put some hours on the 302. The job I'm doing is 150 miles of driving a day and I'm using 3/32 7018 rods on galvanized so there is no need for the nice welder. I'm saving 500 lbs on the truck.

Nice machines man !
Gotta love that 9 000 to 1 gear reduction on that hoist. .lol
Haha yeah I need to get one that is not quite as big. That one is a 5 ton
Whats happening D Farm. Good to see you budd.
Hey Zack, do you have any suggestions for a replacement mig gun for the miller 200 Multimatic .. My Bernard has got chew up on a job. I've tried a ebay Bernard replica's,, I've replaced liners though after a while the wire doesn't feed consistently. . I've been struggling for a long time with this issue. Thanks for your time in advance.
I'd just get a 150 amp Bernard q gun. They are pretty expensive but worth it
@@DarlingtonFarm thanks Zach
Have you looked at Profax guns and you can get adapter to use Bernard tips.
Profax has a online catalog.
There was a time you get used Bernard guns on ebay for under 90.00.
What motor in that one?
its the Kubota
How much did you give for it?
Only paid 3k for it
You dirty dog. That is flat out robbery
Yeah I know, I was thrilled only has 550 hours
Was likely break in oil
@@Skeetmgeett yeah probably, changed the oil and filters and threw in some Lucas and it runs like a top.
(wife walks by) play'in with the welders again ?!?
That's not a lot of hrs on the trailblazer, I have 608hrs on 2003 trailblazer 301G .
Definitely especially for a diesel, it's not even broken in
Why wouldn’t you just get a flatbed ?
I need to be able to haul stuff too, typically I'll have some Milwaukee pack out boxes and pelican cases too. It's such a pain in the butt strapping that stuff to a flat bed
