    Use ptfe(teflon), i think it need screw for tensioning as bearing need preload.

    Add a couple of screws either end of the blocks to hold the plastic incase they come loose :) , also the rails you bought are imperial sizing, 15.875mm is 5/8" , so had you bought 5/8" bearing blocks they would have worked, although still expensive and if none adjustable you have to pray to the gods they are not branded cheap chinese

    We used Igus linear sliders in our products, they have a tendency to become loose, unlike the traditional ball type ones
