I am assuming that to create an instrument timbre, I'd need multiple sound waves with the fundamental at max volume, then the overtones above with decreasing volumes as the frequency increases.
Is there a source you know that models various instruments?
I'd like to output a guitar sound, but using a compound wave rather than a sample
