Thanks Peter, a great step by step rebuild. I followed along rebuilding my own NSU. only a couple of points....It's easy to dislodge the pedal crank shaft whilst closing the cases, I think the circlips and RH pedal should be fitted ASAP after pushing it through the case. Also I find it easier to fit the piston rigs and pistonfrom the bottom of the cylinder as it's usually got a taper there.😊
