I truly wish they showed more actual dancing and performance instead of just short clips during background voiceover and interview tidbits.
Was just going to write this!
Hopefully they’ll see that everyone wants to see this, so next year they’ll dedicate more people to it and make it a decent show.
DCC did a slightly better job of doing that. I want to see the tryout process. Not just slow mo moves etc with commentary.

Watch on RUclips or asked to see 2002 if you want to see them dancing and everything they go through it’s so interesting. You’ll see the whole way the making of a raiderette. 👍
I hope it's not just the editing, but everything about the Raiderettes feels non-toxic! I love it! All I can see is the genuine love and passion for dancing and performing. Also, so much encouragement and acceptance from the team!
My friend's sister was a Raiderette she said it is editing. She said, you are putting so many personalities and egos in one space that has the same goal. Toxicity is there, cattiness happens.
It is 2023, cannot show any negativity, ha! I'm sure it is all there but not showing it.
It’s also a bunch of pretty talented girls. They’re not all sunshine and rainbows with each other all the time.
Anyone besides me think the two ladies running this organization have more character in their pinkie finger than the two ladies at DCC🤔

They should show this making the raiderettes on tv and show the auditions actual dancing but making the raiderettes could a cool show I know some say cowboys are the best nfl cheerleaders with their signature moves but nice to see how other nfl cheerleading programs are ran I would watch on tv and hope not a lot of drama if that happens
I like the style of these episodes. Its more documentary than reality tv. Keep em coming!
I like it the other way cause I like seeing the boot camps and the etiquette training they get and the education that they get about football and the history of the team.
@@Cantetinza17 I like the bootcamps too. I meant more along the lines of the editing and reality TV drama, etc. The coaches speak about the dancers more respectfully too.

Not really!!!. They are good no doubt about that and they are in the ballpark with Dallas BUT everything they do is exactly what DCC has been doing for decades. I would think that they would do things differently from DCC ON PURPOSE so as not to look like a DCC clone.

What if you swapped the head coach and coordinator of the every cheerleader team with the football teams HCs- could the Raiders and Cowboys finally have Super Bowl seasons on their doorstep? 😂😂

NFL has to do better bringing cheerleaders on the team all American team we know what that means my opinion just add more color instead of 1 or 2 mixed colors every NFL cheerleader team does that and no I'm not racist grew up with all colors go back and look at all the NFL cheerleader teams and someone will know what I'm talking about

I see that you don’t understand stage makeup. Stage makeup is never meant to look natural, it’s too make your face more expressive. These girls are performing to a stadium of people and it’s always the goal to have the people in the back row see your facial expressions. Heavier makeup also photographs better under the strong lights they are using to take photos and film. If they weren’t wearing this much makeup, they would look washed out and you wouldn’t see their facial expressions. So no, less makeup is not more.
