@@andrewdunn7569 the song talks about the partner putting us down on their priority/thinks of many things first before finally thinking of us ("i wonder how many things you think about before you get to me"), while us on the other hand thinks about them even because of the smallest things, like when eating and using a fork it reminds us of them using it once as well. a stark comparison

They are just saying that if Ariana had sung these songs instead of Sabrina it would've been gone number 1 in charts since she is already a well known pop artist compared to Sabrina. And their style are similar in those two songs, so people would've loved it.

That entire situation was so fucked up. So many people where so quick to attack Sabrina and send such horrific things to her online without any real context other than a few songs. I'm not trying to downplay Olivia's pain at all (she was clearly heartbroken after the relationship ended and used her songwriting as a way to heal) but the way that people twisted it into some sort of frenzy of blaming, hatred and name calling was disgusting. People forget that these celebrities are human too, and they just attack instantly without thinking of the affect it could have on them.
It’s the fact that so many people still refuse to listen to the new album because they think she did smth wrong. The grudges ppl hold over absolutely nothing astounds me

im not even sure olivias songs where only about josh. She was with someone else before him and as a songwriter, its easy to create some storyline
@@Luciecfcm yeah it's very possible that that is the case, but unfortunately the general public are going to assume that they are about him (even if they aren't) because it was very much all over the media when the album came out.
I think it's just there was a lot of delay between olivias narrative (song) and josh/sabrinas. It's been over a year or two since olivia's so people just bought the first narrative they heard. but i think there's always everyone's side and then the truth but the world is shitty sometimes and just will mob mentality so i felt bad for josh/sabrina

When she explained some things about the album Sabrina confessed these songs are all situations that happened to her that she couldn’t talk to anyone as she didn’t have a therapist at that moment so she acted as her own therapist; so when in Tornado Warnings she says she’s lying to her therapist I think she means she’s lying to herself (or at least trying) about that relationship

Completely agree a THOUSAND PERCENT on what you said about the terrible situation that was instigated last year. Hope those people feel really stupid going to bat for someone who has zero idea who they are and all because someone decided to date a guy with an ex. No one knows any of them personally, but I feel very strongly that if they told Olivia themselves they were sending death threats or being incredibly cruel to anybody on her behalf she would think they’re insane.

the replay value of this album is insane, i had it on repeat for the past few days and it still feels so fresh, i’m so proud of sabrina for putting this out and i’m happy seeing more people recognize her talent (she’s still underrated tho)

everything that happened was so blow out of proportion , ppl got so intense over something they knew little to nothing about , sabrina just didn't have to be brought up to the situation and also I love olivia I do , i was a fan of all three of them when the rumors started before drivers license even , in the little disney fandom , but from both of them , olivia was the one to just not speak about the awful proportion that took , she never addressed anything and ppl are gonna say "but her saying something wasn't gonna change the situation" but that's just not the point , the point is that as person and as an artist which songs are causing backlash of life treats to someone else she should've said something , joshua was sick and you might not like him but as soon as he got better came up to speak about the effects the hate had on him and to not spread hate towards others so yeah . I'm extremely proud of sabrina for the album ,it's seriously her best body of work till now and everyone should listen to it

not controversial at all. personally, Tay set the standard of lyricism and storytelling I almost always look for in songs and Sabrina has successfully met it.

Ine thing that absolutely destroys me is that when she was dealing with her father’s infidelity she was being called a homewrecker because she dated a boy who had an ex… how devastating to be called that knowing its not true but also going through what her dad did
That fork line made me think about the fact that I couldn't listen to my favorite Green Day song for months with out thinking of him because it was his favorite too.
No one was at fault tbh, only the media and the messed up haters. And imo, I find Olivia wrong for not clearing it up when they were literally innocents getting mass hated and death threats for a fake narrative. But yeah so Olivia and Joshua had something going on (idk if they dated or were just close), and when they ended things, he moved on to Sabrina, and Olivia wrote about her feelings (which is normal obviously), so clowns felt like they’re entitled to have a say in it and attacked a normal couple. Like the whole thing was just parasocial people assuming and lying and spreading a false narrative. What happened literally happens to EVERYONE anywhere, it’s how life works, but again, parasocial clowns 💀

Interesting idea ive heard around actually, i think sabrina came out saying something along the lines of that she writes herself emails as a way of therapy and her kinda being her own therapist and with Tornado Warmings when she says shes lying to her therapist it might have a double meaning of lying to an actual therapist and also maybe herself

Olivia is the only one who hasn't spoken up against the drama, but I don't hold it against her that much tbh.
She is young(not that they all aren't, but she is barely a legal adult), ridiculously popular and Disney girl to boot. History indicates that her management is probably calculating every movement that she makes and every word that she says.

I wanna know what you think about Olivia staying silent when they both got death threats. She 100% saw that they were getting them because she said she saw all of the tik toks of DL and like 95% of them were drama related making fun of both of them. She laughed at a skit where they called Sabrina a homewrecker. The first thing sabrina said when she released skin was to not send hate to anyone. If Olivia would’ve done that, at least some people would listen. I feel like she knew that if she didn’t use this drama, her album and songs would not do good
