I can truly relate to u.I also had a 3 year long relationship he broke up with me and two weeks later started dating someone else.i was heartbroken.for three months i was in complete depression on the top on that i wasn't doing well in studies as well as i couldn't concentrate well.I had no idea he was dating someone new .i continue asking him what made him lose feelings and i will do anything to make him stay.He would be like i want to focus on my career but i kept begging him he said he still love me and told me to wait for him.After two months he said he wants to continue us.just after few days after we patch up he said he wanted to confess a truth which was about that girl.He said he talked to her last night and also kissed her.i was again devastated.He choose that girl over me.But then that girl left him.He came back to me.We stay together but i couldn't trust him anymore.i always felt like he must be talking to random girls.He efforts never improved.He never changed.whenever i brought the topic about that girl and tell him how hurt i was ,he would say things like I'm insecure, I'm always in mood to fight but all i wanted was his genuine apologies and change in his actions and behaviour which i never got.Eventually he said again he can't continue with me.I couldn't trust him anymore, he never reflect on his actions.Even after all this I'm still hurt.I expected some care and console from him whenever i brought about how i felt those days and wanted that love which could make me forget everything.How could he expect me to start trusting him again just in a month.He still comes in my dreams,i still have unanswered questions.Him and that girl were friends before a month of our break up.He never told me about her as a friend though.I feel so betrayed,used and dissapointed.He's just so unaffected cuz he was never so invested in me.i'm the one suffering cuz i became so so invested in these 3 years. Exactly! I'm here to live for myself. Which is why I've streamlined my connections with EVERYONE. I have prioritized human beings this time. Not everyone is my permanent. They're rather the memorable temporaries while I'd honor myself who's going to practice slow living. I've tons of hobbies from academics to arts. From business to home. And more than everything, I absolutely love the unknown. I'd rather not know what's coming, if I fail or succeed, if I stay still or move around, I'd always trust the process and trust the stars (I love so nature a lot! The one who'd trust me always). If my twenties, thirties, forties or whatever to come or not come, turns out to be a mess; as long as it is mine, I'd still adore the mess. Even if I try to instill the ideal of staying calm, every single emotion is precious to feel considering you know some are unable to. So honor what you are. Work for what you can be. And make sure to rest well!❤ Haha turns out I've written so much, well I guess that's all for now😂
