That's absolutely wild. Best thing is, unless you get right up close to the camera, the fishing line isn't visible, so it's a nice VFX trick. 👍

Man. The ravers need to see this

I don't go to raves, but I spin fire, and I've made giant "devil sticks." I've been thinking about doing this for a long time. I appreciate this man's information.

My brother and I did that with some yarn when we were 7, it's so fun!

Great work. Terrific effect, clever and simple design, would love to see this at conventions.

Okay, this is simply too cool for me not to do! I'm already very coordinated with my saber, but this is my next step to improve it!

Dude you have no idea how excited I am to try this. What kind of heavy fishing line did you use? I'm about to order one but I see there's other heavy fishing line options. So which one is working out for you? Thanks again for the video homie.

Cool trick. I will definetly try it. Yeah Glove are important if using fishing line but depending on you light sabe its also usefull when just flowing normally with a saber. I bought a neopixel sable that have some bumps and since its chinese manufactured some edge feel sharp. i did blisters in my thumbs a few times with it.

Way to go Stoney! Just a few days ago I made a force saber using @mystery_within's technique! I'm loving my new toy! It's fun to see this community growing and also to see the various techniques folks are using! MTFBWY!
