Love these nails but they make me sad because I can't seem to get the cream clays to work for me. I have a bunch of colors but when I try to apply them, they come out streaky with brush marks. 😭😭

I really like this tech and forgive for I don’t know her name. She is so thorough at explaining everything and really makes me want to buy your product. There’s two blond ones that are on TOOOOOOO much caffeine and DO NOT explain anything, they do good nails but their explanations are more for themselves than the audience
Karen is the one that is doing the demo on this. The other 2 you might be talking about would probably be Tracey and Melissa also known as mjay! But Melissa really doesn't have blonde hair is more brown with highlights!

I remember back when I may not have known Karen’s name and my thoughts were just like yours. She explains things and has such a kind teaching voice and is very thorough. She is their director of education. They’re having a 30% off site wide sale on the 26th through the 31st and even if you just like polish they have amazing fast drying regular polishes for $2.10 after the 30% off. You could get a base cost, top cost and all the colors your heart desires along with some nice 180 grit file/buffers and you could grab a glitter or two to get to free shipping. Karen also does many of their daily weekday lives along with Greg who’s one of the owners. There’s also a twitch stream 3 days a week they answer questions on and mix and give away glitter and merchandise. Tracey is the GM and has a series here on RUclips called real time where she’s helping tech’s improve their speed techniques so you may have come across one of those where she’s not explaining a lot of basics. There’s a little something for everyone from beginner to enthusiast and pro’s. They also have a great library of their content on discord as well.
It's really just different levels of instruction. MJay and Tracey are teaching to a more advanced nail technician and Karen and Greg teach more towards the beginner level.
I agree with @nancyneheme3043 Karen actually explains what she's doing and the reasoning behind it like a true teacher, whereas Tracey rambles too much as she's working and it's distracting. When Tracey sticks solely to the topic, she is a wealth of knowledge. I like the videos where Melissa is by herself because she explains it well too. They are all excellent nail techs but they each have their own style of teaching. Tracey seems like a sweet person and we love her but her style of teaching isn't for everyone and that's okay.
