Thank you for being bold enough to display on RUclips. I have only seen Jerry Sadowitz in person. Front row and captivated (not without its challenges as my wife discovered with Jerry). I still have the card with my initials as a souvenir, but didn't keep the orange! real magic defies understanding; don't think too hard, just believe.
@@arthuritsI know I am 1 year late but to be fair it difficult to do that in this situation because for zarrow obviously you have to push the cards forward and push it in fast. The best zarrow shuffle I seen was Jason ladayne’s zarrow shuffle in the video arcane control. It’s at the end part of the video and even if you slow it down and zoom in it takes a few times to really see what he’s doing
@@arthurits Didn’t expect to get a reply that fast, personally, his video helped me a lot but obviously you can do more advanced versions where you strip out the middle packet so you don’t need to do two shuffles and have more cover. But it is not angle friendly and easily be seen if slowed down, another shuffle that you probably know too is push through and I think it is much better for situations like this one in the video. Other than that, your magic is not bad either, I definitely missed some of the things you did.
Sure, there are a lot of options such as push through, pull out et cetera. Having such technical resources at hand, makes it possible to choose the one that feels better for each context, although there might be some personal preference or bias towards a particular one. I really appreciate your sharing your thoughts!
I love Sadowitz, love The Art of Conjuring! And, the History of Our Art. I also love this channel and the work you put out. Inspiring stuff, and a goal to attain(being as technically perfect). Thank you, Sir.
Thanks for your kind words. It's good to know there's people who loves this art, whether it's performing, history, technique, et cetera. There's plenty of room for all kind of enthusiasts, amateurs, and professionals. 🙂
@@arthurits Wise words. We are the caretakers of this Art I feel, passing through us to further generations.. I'm nowhere near your level, being only in my second year of this journey. I plan to perform one day and videos such as yours are invaluable. 👍
Diablos, ¡eres demasiado bueno!
I love this channel, some really great performances and handlings, but I gotta say I've seen you some times do a thing that I really don't like, using techniques based of corporality and casualness, because I feel you do not have any casualness in your performances. Like in this video, when you do sato's triumph, it should look totally random and casual but you make it look quite precise, or in your performance of ascanio's ases, you make it look like you forget to put the leader ace in the T position so you can do a secret move, but it's doesn't look like a mistake because of the extremely clean and precise way you perform (and one might think, why does he put so much effort in making his videos so pristine if then he forgets to put the ace in the T position and doesn't decide to re-record it? it must be on purpose!). But you clearly are more experienced than me and as I said I love most of your work, so maybe this impression I got is wrong and I'm blinded by being over-analyzing.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I couldn’t agree with you more. That’s one of the main cons of many magic videos posted on social media networks: they place the focus on the technical aspect, leaving aside the presentation (patter, persona, interaction with the spectators, etc.) which, undoubtedly, constitutes the central part of the magical experience. I wish I had the guts to record them as close as I perform (or performed) them in real life settings, but, alas, I just don’t dare (language barrier, shyness, amateurishness, privacy concerns, etc.) That’s why the videos on the channel are not intended to be a role model on how magic should be done. Instead, they are meant to inspire, if only a little, other aficionados and, on a more selfish note, to spur me to keep up practicing and studying magic. Though highly improbable, should we ever meet, I’d be more than glad to perform some life magic for you!
It's great to know you feel the same way as I do, thanks for the fantastic channel, quite a bit of the effects you uploaded found a way in my repertoire, yes I hope I'll be able to see you in person one day :)

Glad you enjoyed Jerry Sadowitz. Never had the chance to see him live, I just know him from his writings. Thanks for your comment!
I’ve seen Jerry live twice .. not for the faint of hear or easily offended 🤩
2:33 that isn't a triumph, it's a freaking ART PROJECT! Well done. Fooled the hell out of me.
Oliver Harris Thank you! I'm glad you like it. And yes, I also believe it's very deceptive... kudos to So Sato.
This man don't make magic, he makes art
Thank you! I'm glad you like it. 😃

Cuz you can actually snap.
Also your skills are absolutely otherworldly.
Thanks for your kind words!
Love Jerry Sadowitz. This has to be the most baffling trick I’ve ever seen. Watched it nearly 30 times now and I still can’t figure it out.
Nice, thanks for your feedback!
I saw this video when it's uploaded, after 5 years today i finally figured it out!
I'm happy you enjoyed the video during all these years. 🙂
@@arthurits hi, i wonder where did you learn these tricks, i couldn't find any other videos on the 2nd and 3rd triumph
I learned them from books and magazines.
Loving the bit at about :35 seconds in. Good work
Thank you! Hope you are doing well.
Excellent

Thank you!
The half pass in the final phase was beautiful, but I really thought the Zarrows could've been better.
I take your point, and hope someday I get better at that. Thanks for the constructive feedback!

Thanks for commenting! I'll do my best to check Ladayne's Zarrow shuffle.

Como se llama el control que usas en el 0:25?
Si no estoy equivocado, la idea original es de Ed Marlo y está publicada en la página 175 de "Marlo's Magazine Volume 5".
after 3 months...finally!
Is it 3 months?
Yes, you know the motto: "slow and steady wins the race". 😉
yeahhh,amazing
Well done bro!
¡Muchas gracias! 😃

@@arthurits Hey don't worry! I'll credit you in my first book..! 😀😁😉
Thank you, but there's no need for that. Just pay it forward instead.
Jerry is probably the best close up magician I've ever seen, and the fact that he can combine a full magic set with a full comedy show is outstanding.
That's best ones of Triumph in the world.what is the last flip skill called in Bushfire triumph,I've been practice this ,but cant do that fast..
If you Really have controlled the 4 of Clubs to the Bottom, you have the best straddle pass in the World.
I'm afraid I haven't. 🙁
¡Impresionante! ¿Para que más palabras?
Me alegro de que te guste. ¡Muchas gracias! 😉

I'm pretty sure the music in this is actually from Tokyo ghoul.
Great effect BTW.
You're right! It's Unravel from Tokyo Ghoul. 😉
