If Europe can join up with the US to ban sale of high end semiconductor chips to China, and ban the impirt if China's solar panels, why can't China restrict her export of Gallium and etc (raw materials to make semiconductor chips and solarvpanels) to the US and Europe?

We should set tariffs on Chinese electric cars, or man them all together, in order to stop them from cornering the market, waiting for the western competitors to go under, then raising the prices.
Steel production is an example of this, where us steel unfortunately has suffered from this, but EU has supported steel production to keep the marking in-state, thank god.

Why did Europe join the US to expand NATO and ignore Russia's security concerns all these years and especially in December 2021?
Russia was never about ´´Security concerns´´ it was more concerned about taking Ukraine and other eastern countries towards its own block.
And to be quite frank here, everything that Russia says should be taken as a grain of salt as Russia is known to lie to get western countries to give them what they want.

We African would want know, what went wrong and why the European have to hate Russia and love Ukraine even to welcome it into EU while leaving Russian out? I thought this countries geographically can't be divided continentally.
Europe had much better relations with russia back in the 80s & 90s, I think that relationship deteriorated over time partly due to the EU's expansion eastwards bringing in Hungary, poland etc that & the fact that this generation of leaders is much dumber than the last WW1 & 2 generations, this new political class has lost basic common sense negotiating skills.
Did you hear about russian invasion to Ukraine in 2022, with bombing hospitals, theatres, churches, homes and schools?

If Russia moves to democracy, respects the rule of law and respects the borders of it's neigbors they are welcome to apply for EU membership like every other country that joined had to do. If you still don't know why Europeans tend not to support Russia at the moment there isn't much I can tell you that will help. It should be pretty obvious.
