The name Children of Bodom is now laid to rest since three of the bands original members left the group and took the rights to the name with them. The frontman Alexi Laiho and the second guitarist Daniel Freyberg formed a new band called Bodom After Midnight. COB played their last live show at Helsinki in last December.

Sad thing is that the guitarist is both singing and playing most of the song by himself and he is know longer around was one of metals greatest guitarists rip Alexi Laiho.
I think CoB just broke up like 6 months ago or something. But they put out several albums since this song. The last one was called Hexed. It came out not long ago. Maybe a year and a half ago.
COB was a huge influence in my life and I miss Alexi, but only now do I understand the lyrics... the "my nemeis are you me?" "through a mirror I do behold" "should I be dead or ask myself are you dead yet?" is talking all about ego death. It's talking about defeating your inner demons. It's such an uplifting song while when I was younger I saw it as a straight forward "f you are you dead yet" to an enemy kinda song.
