Not very convincing. You should have mentioned the actual questions and objections of the Muslims leaving Islam. You are contradicting yourself when you say Islam is vey logical and then immediately deny using logic to understand Islam. The example of Salat is not relevant here. Nobody is questioning why do we pray or why 5 times and not 6 times. You should address the actual questions and objections rather than going round and round.
Dr. Yasir Qadhi's approach focuses on the root causes of doubt rather than directly answering every objection. He explains that many questions arise from modern cultural biases, not flaws in Islam itself. Islam aligns with reason but also transcends it in some areas, emphasizing submission to divine wisdom. Instead of judging the faith by minor laws, he encourages focusing on Islam’s core truths-its theology, purpose of life, and the Quran’s divine origins. Ultimately, sincere reflection and dua are key for those seeking clarity, as intellectual answers alone may not satisfy without an open heart.
If you truly want to understand whether Islam is the truth or not, I'd recommend studying the very core part of Islam, the Qur'an, with the question of "Could a human have designed this, or is this undoubtedly the word of the divine?". With the proper research, you should start to, at least, discover the many miracles associated with this piece of literature, whether it be linguistic, historical, scientific or any other kind. And soon, you will at the very least come to appreciate the beauty and complexity of this book. Because once you realise the miraculous nature of the Qur'an, your doubt of the authenticity of the Qur'an should fade Inshallah as you'd believe it to be of divine revelation, even if there are aspects of the Qur'an you dislike or go against your own morals and ideas. I'd recommend starting off with Arabic101's video of "How can the Qur'an be a Miracle for NON-ARABIC Speakers?", then just to teach you one of the miracles, I'd recommend ManyProphetsOneMessage's video of "The Qur'an and the Secrets of Egypt", and afterwards you can do more research yourself into the many other miracles associated with the Qur'an.

Majority of Muslims are Muslims by name only. The ones who get educated about the content of the Quran and get to discover the fake Muhammad they leave Islam in hiding in fear of getting killed.
Leaving Islam is not just about someone’s name; it often stems from deeper issues, like unresolved doubts, a lack of connection to faith, or external influences. Instead of dismissing them, we should reflect on how to support those struggling with their iman. Islam teaches us to approach such situations with wisdom, compassion, and understanding. Everyone’s journey is different, and as Muslims, we should help one another strengthen our faith.
The title of this video is misleading. Muslims are not leaving Islam; rather, some may face misunderstandings or doubts about the faith due to personal struggles or a lack of proper knowledge. Sheikh Yasir Qadhi is a genuine scholar, but the channel should use accurate titles, such as “Clarifying Misunderstandings About Islam.” Islam is thriving globally, and while some Muslims may struggle, this often stems from their sins and distancing from Allah. As the Quran reminds us, disobedience can lead to hearts being veiled from the truth. Please avoid generalizations and focus on fostering clarity and understanding.
Did he just say that questions of sexuality and transgenderism did not exist before the present time? Just because they were not discussed openly does not mean they did not exist. Please be honest and present factual information.
ASA Why some people who were born Muslims leave Islam? The following is reason number 1 of why people leave Islam: Not many people leave Islam but a few who leave Islam is because of liberalism; Islam conflicts with their Liberalism ideology and they choose their liberalism over Islam which leads them leaving Islam. So we need to warn our young Muslims about this reality. Thank you
Islam is 7th Century ideology and cannot change because that would mean it and Mohammed was not perfect. This is a huge problem when and ideology cannot evolve. Your women are still bound in the 7th C. What young woman wants to be told they can't leave the house in 2025 without permission?? Or must wear a tent like garment because men are evil.
I understand that you have concerns, and it’s important to discuss such matters openly. Dr. Yasir Qadhi, like many scholars, has dedicated his life to serving Islam and guiding Muslims toward a stronger understanding of their faith. His goal is not to lead people astray but to address the challenges that many face in today's world while remaining true to the core principles of Islam. It’s normal to feel unsettled when new ideas challenge our perspectives, but these conversations are necessary to foster a deeper understanding and strengthen our connection to Allah. It’s crucial to approach these matters with an open heart and seek knowledge from diverse sources, always keeping in mind the importance of staying rooted in the Quran and Sunnah. May Allah guide us all to what is best.
There maybe more people coming to Islam than those leaving Islam, but people like YQ are aware of more cases because of their role in society and their involvement in those cases.
Test of our beautiful deen is to firmly believe in the unseen& 100% that every Word of The Divine Speech, is Haqq, whether we completely understand it or not…. May our Iman increase as we ponder more with ikhlas, upon The Quran.
Absolutely! The essence of our beautiful deen lies in having complete trust and faith in the unseen, knowing that every word of the Divine Speech is Haqq, even if we do not fully understand it. Our iman is strengthened when we approach the Quran with sincerity and reflection, allowing its guidance to illuminate our hearts and minds. May Allah grant us the wisdom and understanding to continuously ponder upon His words with ikhlas and increase our iman each day.
This guy still never addressed the time he mentioned there is a “holes” in the narrative…because he himself knows there are contradictions and if someone like him knows there’s contradictions just imagine what is going through the mind of a layman 💀
As Salaam Alaakum in my opinion is not Islam, it's a misunderstanding of Islam, it's more cultural. You don't have to be a Arab or adopt their cultural to be a Muslim
Wa Alaikum As-Salaam. Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's important to remember that Islam is not defined by any one culture or ethnicity. It is a universal faith that transcends cultural boundaries. While certain practices, such as saying "As-Salaam Alaikum," may be common in Arab cultures, they are rooted in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and are an expression of peace and good will in Islam. It’s a beautiful tradition that any Muslim, regardless of their background, can embrace, as the core of Islam is belief in the Oneness of Allah and following His guidance, not cultural identity. We should celebrate the diversity of Muslims around the world, united by our shared faith.

You stated Korasan black flag people are the saviors of the muslims which will join hands with Imam Al-Mahdi. "We say things not abhorred" this is Surath Baqara divulging you to be an abhorrent. May Allah bless you to usher the world with truthfulness. Abdul

Something to think about... Intellectuals, including Doctors, Scientists, Priests and Rabbbis, with many previously hating Islam have become Muslim, whilst the weak minded and weak faithed people leave. That says it all.
Brother Dr Yasir Qadhi, when it comes to faith. Each of us is blessed with a super conscious, of course the prophets are the one who has most of it. Each of them has his own Ocean of super conscious, otherwise reasoning and rational consciousness has its limitations. Like science is unable to discover the origin of life.
You’re absolutely right, brother. The human mind, while powerful, has its limitations. Our reasoning and rational consciousness can only take us so far, especially when it comes to understanding the divine. The prophets, blessed with their extraordinary super-consciousness and divine guidance, were able to bridge this gap and convey truths beyond human comprehension. Faith complements reason, guiding us where logic and science cannot fully explain, such as the origins of life or the purpose of existence. Islam beautifully harmonizes intellect with spirituality, showing us a path that satisfies both the mind and the soul.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) indeed experienced divine revelations and saw angels, but that doesn’t negate his faith. Faith (iman) isn’t just about believing in the unseen; it’s also about unwavering trust, submission, and steadfastness in the message of Allah. The Prophet’s trials and sacrifices demonstrate his faith in Allah’s plan, even when the path was difficult. For example, during moments like the boycott of the Quraysh, Ta’if, or the Battle of Badr, his faith was evident in his reliance on Allah’s wisdom and mercy. While we believe without seeing, the Prophet’s faith was expressed through his complete trust, obedience, and dedication to conveying the message to humanity, despite the immense challenges he faced. His experience strengthens our understanding of faith as both belief and unwavering trust in Allah.
Here in the Philippines Muslim are not converted to other religions instead they just follow the trend of how Christian live they drink liquor and have date girls making sina. Others are not practicing Muslim only during Eid. We have been subjected to Christian culture.
..muslims leave Islam because of EGO, I did not get what I wanted, God is cruel to me, I am not getting my rights, I want this and that now, not later, now that I am leaving Islam, what can you do about it, my life my choice, but deep down you know this is a true religion, the Quran is a relevant miracle, the mind cannot comprehend life as a whole, hope you can revert before you die ...
I study Qoran and visited almost 100 mosque and one answer I got. Who are you and I said I study qoran and like to visit mosque and entry prohibited unless I accept Islam - so I know now that Islam means group a specific group who preach peace but practice opposite.
Religion is like opium, ( drugs) Once you leave opium, your best decision is not to search for another drug to replace your addiction. So after leaving Islam you should not search for another religion, but try 20 minutes of meditation all alone.
Not having a good tarbiyya is the short answer to this issue. If we examine the one who does this, it's almost always the one who has a weak tarbiyya which is the responsibility of both parents, and the jumat when it comes to orphans. In the west, divorce can separate children from the jumat, and the children then don't get tarbiyya. This is why I think sisters in the west need special attention because they have the children. A person may have a good tarbiyya, but when confronted between iman(faith) and hawa(desires), they follow the desires and live with excuses(lies). A person who loves the desires more then their Lord(swt) will not graduate morally.
You're absolutely right that proper tarbiyya plays a crucial role in shaping one's understanding and commitment to Islam. A strong foundation built through the guidance of parents and the community is essential, especially in the face of challenges. In the West, where external pressures and distractions are prevalent, it can be difficult for individuals to maintain strong iman, particularly for those who are distanced from the community or lacking consistent guidance. It's important to acknowledge that both men and women, especially in difficult situations like divorce, may face additional struggles. However, as you mentioned, the key is a balance between faith and desires, and ultimately, the love of Allah should outweigh everything else. We must always strive for self-discipline, seeking support from Allah and the community to strengthen our connection to our faith. May Allah guide us all and grant us the strength to overcome our challenges.
Dont understand why this is a problem. When i look at paintings of a beach by students, i'd see all sorts of artistic representations in their paintings. Some have beautiful sunrise in the horizon; some add flying nightbirds in the skies; some include sailboats and everything. And some, just simply drew sand & water. So it's really up to the individuals as to how they chose to undertake their life and responsibilty seriously. To each his own. They have to know there are consequences.
Because scholars and imams are failing in their islamic duty of conveying the message and counseling for real time issues and providing islamic solutions to all
Jesus is a Muslim (submitter to God) according to both Bible and Holy Quran. Jesus preached Islam (submission to God). Islam is the oldest and first religion of the universe with this logic. Everything submitted to God since the first creation. Therefore submission to God (Islam) makes most sense.
Why didn't you mention the questions? Are you even afraid to mention them😂🤔. Open enquiries and reasons are antithetical to Islam, and deep in your heart, you know that.
What do we care? Allah guides whom He wills, so if anyone is left by Allah to go astray, it is because they were not true Muslims in the first place. No man will genuinely experience Allah and leave Him again even if the whole world is placed upon him or her.
Ofcourse we care....it is not just abt the numbers....do not u feel bad or in pain when people do not blv in oness of ALLAH....??Lastly i do not want my human brothers n sisters to end up in hell for eternity.....!!
Why is this topic “dear” to you ?!!! Shouldn’t be sad and worrisome. ( trying to clear doubts, by throwing his own doubts, spreading doubts, quran preservation has holes)
It’s important to clarify misunderstandings. I am not questioning the Quran or its teachings, nor have I called any part of it a fairy tale. My goal is to address the doubts some people have and to help others see the wisdom in Islam. Islam encourages us to seek knowledge, think critically, and strengthen our faith. If you believe I’ve said something wrong, kindly point it out specifically so we can discuss it constructively. May Allah guide us all and increase us in understanding and iman.
@ I’m not falsely accusing you. There is hundreds of videos against you. lot of people who bid made those videos very educated people. I’ve heard myself you’re saying fairytale. Why don’t you make a video and come clean tell everyone what you meant. Nothing personal please forgive me. May Allah keep our hearts clean and Guide us in the right path. Asstaghfurallah
People leaving Islam cos shiekhs like you make them confused, shiekhs creating their own religion, not prophets religion for example you said, "if is invoked graves and creature is Haram not shirk without backing up your claim without proof from quran or sunnah. Infact it is opposite of quran and sunnah, quran says if you dedicate any kind of worship to creature you be come mushirk,so your Fatwa is opposing obvious meaning of quran. Think over
It seems that the person may be deeply concerned about this issue because they genuinely care about the well-being of individuals and the community. While it's important to address concerns, it’s also crucial to focus on the positive aspects and the many opportunities for growth and unity that Islam provides. Instead of fixating on the challenges, let’s emphasize the beauty of faith, the benefits of strong tarbiyya, and the positive impact we can have by supporting and guiding one another. Ultimately, focusing on solutions and the positive aspects of our faith can help foster unity and progress.
Sahih bukhari is not Quran for God sake take from it what doesnt conflict Quran. She was 19 not 9. Who ever believes that shame on you. There are tons of evidences she was not 9 definately just before its in bukhari its a word of God (Astagfirullah). Scholars like you who are insisting 9 will be accountable infront of Allah.
I understand that you may feel frustrated or upset, but it’s important to approach these matters with patience and respect. Dr. Yasir Qadhi, like many scholars, has dedicated years to studying and teaching Islam. It’s okay to disagree with some views, but labeling someone as a fraud is a serious accusation. If there are specific points or teachings you disagree with, it’s better to address them with a thoughtful and respectful conversation. We should always seek knowledge from trustworthy sources and engage in dialogue that leads to greater understanding, rather than division. May Allah guide us all to the truth.

To answer your question which black imam led prayers in makah. His name is sheik Adil Al kalbani who is black who was imam at makah. Bring any questions we shall answer because islam does not need you or me but you with our islam is doomed for ever both here and in your grave and here after
Muslims can never leave Islam unless they are Muslims by their names
So all the millions leaving are not Muslims before? Stop your fantasies and accept the reality. People are leaving and you can't do anything.
They chase to live in western countries to chase jobs
MashaAllah very beautiful explanation.
Thank you 😊
The title of this video is misleading.

Why some people who were born Muslims leave Islam?
The following is reason number 1 of why people leave Islam:
Not many people leave Islam but a few who leave Islam is because of liberalism; Islam conflicts with their Liberalism ideology and they choose their liberalism over Islam which leads them leaving Islam.
I have extensively worked with people of different faiths and this problem - leaving their religion is a common factor.
Not that many muslims are leaving islam. I feel like yasir qahdi is up to something and i dont like it
Yes, they will not declare that they have left Islam. Fear.
Yea avi im sure you know alot about muslims. Let me guess you're jewish?
May our Iman increase as we ponder more with ikhlas, upon The Quran.
with this logic prophet is failure cause he already seen agel his didn't had faith he already witnessed evidence

Practicing Mutaah and I Love it 😅😅😅
That's between you and whoever.
Exmuslim from Pakistan here.Religion is a reflection of human needs rather than true nature things.
Because of people like you sheikh.
Alhamdulillah I never came across any muslim in my circle who left Islam, be it family or friends, Alhmadulillah !
Assalamu Alaikkum Warahmathullahi Wabarakathuhu ,
Dr. Brother, We believed in your discourses until yesterday, but today, you retracted from falsehood to truthful.
You stated Korasan black flag people are the saviors of the muslims which will join hands with Imam Al-Mahdi.
Now, I have an issue with your today's discourse that you don't believe in those black flag carriers, because, you said , they are wrong doers .
"We say things not abhorred" this is Surath Baqara divulging you to be an abhorrent.
May Allah bless you to usher the world with truthfulness.
Abdul
Something to think about... Intellectuals, including Doctors, Scientists, Priests and Rabbbis, with many previously hating Islam have become Muslim, whilst the weak minded and weak faithed people leave. That says it all.
Muslims are not leaving Islam; they are simply not practising Islam
Totally agree
Brother Dr Yasir Qadhi, when it comes to faith. Each of us is blessed with a super conscious, of course the prophets are the one who has most of it. Each of them has his own Ocean of super conscious, otherwise reasoning and rational consciousness has its limitations. Like science is unable to discover the origin of life.
prophet didnt had faith , he already saw angel so how can he have faith cause he already seen evidence we have faith not prophet

Fragile Fragile Fragile Faith, education, knowledge.
No disrespect but this was extremely underwhelming
Quran was revealed for prophet
Mohammad and his companions. Not for Abdul wahhab and his companions
IF you leave Islam, my question is what will you believe except confusion & erratic doctrines
Religion is like opium, ( drugs)
Once you leave opium, your best decision is not to search for another drug to replace your addiction.
So after leaving Islam you should not search for another religion, but try 20 minutes of meditation all alone.
10 years old lecture reposted by someone pretending thats its few hours old lecture.I feel bad intention here
Not having a good tarbiyya is the short answer to this issue.
@YasirQadhiTv Amin wa jzk Allah u khairun.
Allah chooses the one he wills Islam leaves them
Dont understand why this is a problem.
Thanks for sharing
Because scholars and imams are failing in their islamic duty of conveying the message and counseling for real time issues and providing islamic solutions to all
Jesus is a Muslim (submitter to God) according to both Bible and Holy Quran. Jesus preached Islam (submission to God). Islam is the oldest and first religion of the universe with this logic. Everything submitted to God since the first creation. Therefore submission to God (Islam) makes most sense.
A Muslim who reads the Quran is a Muslim and the Muslim who understands the Quran is an ex-Muslim.
You will care when it's your child, or close person.
I think itz not that critical ... dont confused others....
Dr. Qadri, do your standard narratives still has holes or did you seal it?😂
Hahahaha. Those holes are eternally there even Muhammad SAW can not seal them insha Allah
Why is this topic “dear” to you ?!!!
Shouldn’t be sad and worrisome.
( trying to clear doubts, by throwing his own doubts, spreading doubts, quran preservation has holes)
How about you ? you’re one off those who thinking to leave Islam, you already said theirs ferry tell in Quran. Asstaghfurallah
Too many sects too many opinions too many contradictions
Because of your bukhari forged books which mock rasoolllah.
Think over
NO BECAUSE MIND SLAVE FOR WESTERN MEDIA BRAINWASHING THEM SO LEAVE IN ORDER TO PLEASE OF KUFRS
Why is this man obsesded about this mater? Focus on positieve gain.
Can you give one proof that she was 19
Just one
This guy is a fraud
I understand that you may feel frustrated or upset, but it’s important to approach these matters with patience and respect. Dr. Yasir Qadhi, like many scholars, has dedicated years to studying and teaching Islam. It’s okay to disagree with some views, but labeling someone as a fraud is a serious accusation. If there are specific points or teachings you disagree with, it’s better to address them with a thoughtful and respectful conversation.
We should always seek knowledge from trustworthy sources and engage in dialogue that leads to greater understanding, rather than division. May Allah guide us all to the truth.
how do you find it by the way?
Impressive!
