For Hampton it only "seemed like a toss-up" the moment he enters his "supercharged state". But p.293 who refers to the same battle and Adam Wingard confirmed her stronger.
The Novel mentioned also if something exist that is "worse" than Ghidorah, than it's her.
She is defenitley the strongest monsterverse Titan yet. Above Ghidorah and Godzilla
