People downplayed UL Broly on release because he wasn't a super broken offensive unit, but he's insanely useful. He's also probably going to age better than a lot of other units because of his utility.
I agree but unless you have him at high stars, when he leaves the featured list, he won't be as effective since I could see him dying before his gauge has much effect on the overall battle. Not to mention a strong yellow LF should probably come in the festival since the last one was Bardock and no one remember he exists even with his unique equip.
I’m glad people are starting to recognize Brolys strong defensive capabilities. That makes him much superior. I don’t have him, but when I face him I really have to think ahead once his gauge maxes out, if you’re out of switches, Broly F’s you up

@@AhmOOO I think the new battle system did. With the quick attack now that’s 1) nice damage on someone with bad defenses, 2) with the blink of an eye make him use his gauge, a noticeable hinderance
LF SSJ Trunks definitely one of the most underrated characters in the game. You can also catch some Beast Gohan users off guard with his green card and ultimate with the potential to one-shot or at least get him to really low health. The vanish restoration can help him perfect vanish to help him finish off as well.

Trunks is great imo even after the boost gone but the only problem that he have is Ki other than that he's great balanced on both offense and defense. Yeah he can burst Beast Gohan if Beast Gohan type neutral is gone and before BG got his other 10% dmg cut but still Trunks sometime can overkill Droid time (Blue + main seal goess brr(
I completely agree with this. Although I feel a case can be made for Pan being #2 because of how crazy her support is and just for how much she does for Beast Gohan.
The fact my favorite character, Z Broly, is number 2 on this list, makes me uddles of happy. Lot of people downplayed him really hard and still do. But his defense mechanics and kit is what makes him a standout, and probably age pretty well. There will always be another unit that does insane damage, but the ones that stay relevant are units with great mechanics.

@@drewyt-2471 Lf Cooler is considered on of the heaviest hitting units in the game. But if he goes up against a blue, he's mostly screwed. Unless they're a ssj. But even still, he is pretty squishy
Great list, I think I agree with all the placements but I will say. The honorable mentions would still be nice. I would love to see what units you think can still but in the work but are just slightly worse
they really needa make characters with more unique kits that do different things, which worked out well for broly, maybe introduce new mechanics, cus they can’t just increase the stats and numbers constantly forever
Ive had a time where cooler hit my pan with a strike card essentially locking her in and he directly after rushed and because of her sub-count reduction to gohan i still had time to switch into him, this team turns pvp into a single player game
I know you already said its a 14* Tier list but you should have said how important stars are with Ultra Broly to be able to be up there. He does need them more than other units and get a lot more value out of them.
I actually would not be surprised if legend fest ultra will have straight up 200% dmg inflicted to be a powerhouse since LF already creeping to 150% dmg inflicted.

I think Revival Gohan deserved a spot in the top 10, considering him as a movie-hybrid, team healer, supporter, rr counter (pre-revival of course) and a one-punch machine after he gets his setup done post revive. He's the perfect third spot in movies or hybrids if you don't have UL Broly or if you have low star Future Gohan lf or LF Trunks in hybrids. Maybe Tapion should have been an honourable metion as red still dominates the meta, the purple characters are very solid now and his rr mechanic can be declined with revives and endurances. With androids only as top 10 unit you really are not worried about losing your endurance anymore, even if rushed. But it's great that lf droids are still in the meta, all these hybrids now leave some space to play with them and lf cell (first tier in a while that he isn't anymore part of the top 10 chars).

I never liked Ultra Broly’s damage. Imo it wasn’t sufficient enough to compete against cooler. I think that’s because ppl opt to build him defensively just because of cooler and he’s a super saiyan.

With the Androids having endurance nullification I’m honestly not having problems using them in this meta. Just rush Beast Gohan with 18 unless the enemy has Yellow Tapion and you’re gonna nullify his endurance 🤷🏽♂️ I mean yea Gohan can tank the hits leading up to the rush but he can’t tank a rush lol and the androids farm cards quick. They are still as scary as ever IMO

Knowing that the Legend festival gives to players higher chances to get the new characters of the banner, i wouldn't be surprised if they make them weaker than gohan just like the anniversary with UI Goku and 17/18
To be absolutely honest I hate Beast Gohan. Imo those "I can do everything" units are way worse than units like cooler. Yes rock-paper-scissors in this game is just stupid, but just being overly powerful in every possible category like beast is so overwhelming, that I honestly have no real counterplay against him. Cooler could be countered with certain builds and characters, but tbh what do you want to do against a high-star Beast Gohan?
I'd say this is (in my opinion) the best list I've seen. The Androids dropping by sooo much is insane but I'm kinda glad because they were even getting boring to use like "oh you have green card, you win lol". It was so boring also because of how many units there were that could easily just supply the Androids with green cards and you couldn't do much about it. Looking at things as they are now I'm very glad Ultra Broly exists even though I don't have him at all (I wish I did). It's like he's the light in the darkness just being able to keep some of the best units in the game in check and just disrupt anything with his incredible unique gauge and overall amazing utility. The way I see things, Beast Gohan is probably one of the best designed "best units in the game". He's not doing anything *too* gimmicky like Cooler but at the same time he isn't just raw stats and damage with a sprinkling of cover null. In general, I think this Super Hero banner is one of if not the best banner they've released in the game having two other new units on it that just work well with the new LF. I think from now on this is the kind of path they should really keep going down. Not necessarily releasing even one new unit to compliment a new LF but they could instead bring semi-new units back onto the banner that have good synergy with the new LF. Like they put Tapion on a banner with a unit in line with the likes of Beast Gohan for example. I think that would give banners a major boost in value. I think also they should really make it so that Legends All-Star banners compliment the new unit in a way, small or big or just change them completely so it's not something you'd just skip. I will say Ultra banners I think they are fine although some Ultra banners have questionable featured units and the lack of a pity system for them. Maybe they could utilise the Legends Tickets for them, I mean it would make sense because you get them from summoning on an Ultra Rising banner (I realise now that most of this sounds completely unrelated to this video lol)
I desperately need this Beast Gohan, the game is definitely not giving out much cc recently. I really hope we get more than a Zenkai on Tuesday so there's actually crystals to farm.
pan and broly are close seconds to gohan. Pan is really useful and if you are good at using her, She can be the best. Broly is incredibly valuable and can do a lot. Me personally, I think pan is better because of how good her support can be.

I'm so happy rn that ultra Broly is top2 . He's the only character that I'm enjoying playing with after beast Gohan's release. My RRP team with cooler ,droids and cell is more or less non usable so I'm just using Broly on movies with Tapion and cooler and it feels pretty good ,my Broly is 5 but tanks good ngl and that universal cover is so handy . He actually prevents cooler from just getting one shotted from beast han . And movies with Broly is the only team I can use rn ,it's never been a situation where I can only use 1 team and the others teams are just getting destroyed until beast Gohan's release. He literally cancels out mostly all of my team except movies
I feel like ultra gogeta is the only ultra that did not come out with his own plat like usv/usb .. if they do give one made for him i think he can compete with beast gohan somewhat..
if only that were true. the plats arent devoted to the ultra specifically, a bit of stat boosts arent gonna magically make ultra gogeta remotely compete with beasthan
Nah, he doesn't need any stat increases tbh. Ultra Gogeta is a dominate force if you consistently pull off combos with him: the gauge he has makes him formidable if you build it up multiple times. That's why he is aging poorly against Gohan. Without a green card to give him cover null, Ultra Gogeta is easy to counter because you just need to immediately stop him from using cards and he is no longer a threat. But his damage is fine; if you have built up his gauge just once and have him lock any unit in the game, he will three shot them with his ult and whatever two cards you use if you catch your opponent. So again, the problems are all those "ifs" in that last sentence. Beast Gohan doesn't need any setup; he has cover null immediately and the output is ready to go with the right timing/use of his gauge. A few buffs to Gogeta's damage isn't going to change how easy it is to run Beast Gohan at the same, and even arguably, better damage.
Broly is definitely the best tank out there with his defensive buff and gauge, he literally makes your combo limited and will mess up your decision making in between combos
Tapion being at 9 is something I disagree with cuz He can’t tank nor can he do damage he’s just there for support and To die and I have this guy at 11* and DF should also not be there cuz he can’t tank and his damage is good when zenkai buff and tapion support! Ui should be better than both
Hopefully mui makes a resurgence if the ssj4 goku/vegeta are green so they could boost mui as well as cancel out beast gohan which is mui's biggest downfall
I don't agree that Dragonfist is as number 7 to me he barely scratches top 10 for me personally he just doesn't do anything cover null is great but he doesn't do that much damage imo also he is garbage defensively
I really hate how fast the meta moves now. I don’t mean diversity in the meta is bad, just hate how the new unit is a direct counter to the entire existing meta and can solo the enemy team better than the unit that came before them

Honestly I feel like UL Broly isn't that good, he's a tank which is amazing but if you put a Pan against him he's just a dummy to build buffs and debuffs on before nuking him with another character which is really easy to do. Vegito is a meme pick though, he's not much without his Z tier PvP buffs, he's a worse Broly. I think Tapion is better than him.
What about gamma 1 and gamma 2? If you don't have beasthan or df goku, you can use them as secondary option. I dont have df goku, but I use Gamma 1 and he is still good, especially the crit buffs, and that applies to Gamma 2 as well.

Yeah beast Gohan is just like he's like he's just every character except he doesn't have a cover change that covers everything and I'm really curious how he is after he's not in the boost system or doesn't have the release boosts
Only characters that have a cover change that covers everything is Broly and Bojack. So that doesn’t really factor to matter. Nothing will change after Beast Gohan has his boost end, all he needs is to pop one green card and bam! Fresh as new.
Oh and I just realized when goresh said with pan with the leader slot if available you can run the bardock team even more crazy since her the zenkai yellow Vegeta and then whatever lol

Yes rock-paper-scissors in this game is just stupid, but just being overly powerful in every possible category like beast is so overwhelming, that I honestly have no real counterplay against him. Cooler could be countered with certain builds and characters, but tbh what do you want to do against a high-star Beast Gohan?

I'd say this is (in my opinion) the best list I've seen. The Androids dropping by sooo much is insane but I'm kinda glad because they were even getting boring to use like "oh you have green card, you win lol". It was so boring also because of how many units there were that could easily just supply the Androids with green cards and you couldn't do much about it. Looking at things as they are now I'm very glad Ultra Broly exists even though I don't have him at all (I wish I did). It's like he's the light in the darkness just being able to keep some of the best units in the game in check and just disrupt anything with his incredible unique gauge and overall amazing utility. The way I see things, Beast Gohan is probably one of the best designed "best units in the game". He's not doing anything *too* gimmicky like Cooler but at the same time he isn't just raw stats and damage with a sprinkling of cover null. In general, I think this Super Hero banner is one of if not the best banner they've released in the game having two other new units on it that just work well with the new LF. I think from now on this is the kind of path they should really keep going down. Not necessarily releasing even one new unit to compliment a new LF but they could instead bring semi-new units back onto the banner that have good synergy with the new LF. Like they put Tapion on a banner with a unit in line with the likes of Beast Gohan for example. I think that would give banners a major boost in value. I think also they should really make it so that Legends All-Star banners compliment the new unit in a way, small or big or just change them completely so it's not something you'd just skip. I will say Ultra banners I think they are fine although some Ultra banners have questionable featured units and the lack of a pity system for them. Maybe they could utilise the Legends Tickets for them, I mean it would make sense because you get them from summoning on an Ultra Rising banner

Lf androids still the biggest threat to my 14*beasthan NGL，I would put them at least #5. They work so well with nullify endurance kit.
pan and broly are close seconds to gohan. Pan is really useful and if you are good at using her, She can be the best. Broly is incredibly valuable and can do a lot. Me personally, I think pan is better because of how good her support can be.

I'm so happy rn that ultra Broly is top2 . He's the only character that I'm enjoying playing with after beast Gohan's release. My RRP team with cooler ,droids and cell is more or less non usable so I'm just using Broly on movies with Tapion and cooler and it feels pretty good ,my Broly is 5 but tanks good ngl and that universal cover is so handy . He actually prevents cooler from just getting one shotted from beast han . And movies with Broly is the only team I can use rn ,it's never been a situation where I can only use 1 team and the others teams are just getting destroyed until beast Gohan's release. He literally cancels out mostly all of my team except movies
I feel like ultra gogeta is the only ultra that did not come out with his own plat like usv/usb .. if they do give one made for him i think he can compete with beast gohan somewhat..
if only that were true. the plats arent devoted to the ultra specifically, a bit of stat boosts arent gonna magically make ultra gogeta remotely compete with beasthan

Nah, he doesn't need any stat increases tbh. Ultra Gogeta is a dominate force if you consistently pull off combos with him: the gauge he has makes him formidable if you build it up multiple times.
That's why he is aging poorly against Gohan. Without a green card to give him cover null, Ultra Gogeta is easy to counter because you just need to immediately stop him from using cards and he is no longer a threat. But his damage is fine; if you have built up his gauge just once and have him lock any unit in the game, he will three shot them with his ult and whatever two cards you use if you catch your opponent.
So again, the problems are all those "ifs" in that last sentence. Beast Gohan doesn't need any setup; he has cover null immediately and the output is ready to go with the right timing/use of his gauge. A few buffs to Gogeta's damage isn't going to change how easy it is to run Beast Gohan at the same, and even arguably, better damage.

Honestly I feel like UL Broly isn't that good, he's a tank which is amazing but if you put a Pan against him he's just a dummy to build buffs and debuffs on before nuking him with another character which is really easy to do.
Vegito is a meme pick though, he's not much without his Z tier PvP buffs, he's a worse Broly. I think Tapion is better than him.

What about gamma 1 and gamma 2? If you don't have beasthan or df goku, you can use them as secondary option. I dont have df goku, but I use Gamma 1 and he is still good, especially the crit buffs, and that applies to Gamma 2 as well.
