As a kid, this used to make me laugh out of confusion because I thought the man was just talking gibberish with background music. Looking back at this as an adult, I realized this is a musical masterpiece.
honestly though,and i never understood why this station was this way with the dj rapping over it,it seemed so weird to me until i learned at the age of 21 last month that its pirate radio which in the UK is where this spawned from,people would go out on boats and hijack a radio signal to broadcast jungle and drum n bass,they would have mcs rap over it live and hope not to get caught by police in whatever building they inhabited,not surprisingly,this is accurate to the time being that Rockstar is a british company,and this is likely only in the game because of that

I fell in love instantly. MSX and RISE FM were always my go to stations. Was in absolute heaven playing these stations. Hell, all of the stations in this game were fire 🔥.
