After seeing this it had been a long time since I looked at my 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial proof sets,I have 5 sets, and dang near every coin has this weird rust colored toning happening in the centers of the coins on both sides,some worse than others,any ideas what’s going on?

I have 1983 Lincoln cent weighs 2.7g No mint mark the same color of what you're showing. Can it get as much as if was professional graded.
