I like to transcend duality and enter to trimurti which is basically the hindu version of the holy trinity. Instead of the father the son and the holy spirit. They have creation preservation and destruction. You can combine the two trinities tho or other trinities from other version if spirituality around the world. I find duality will find you oscillating from good to bad. Altho understanding duality is a necessary part of the journey.
