What a great idea for a video. I have no idea how correct it is, but seeing as I already tried Cava based on Amelia's recommendation and loved it I'm betting it's pretty spot on.

If you like marmite, really dark chocolate or espresso, I can definitely recommend Chianti. It's amazing, there are no other words for it.

Jamie Oliver's Drinks Tube Brilliant and spot on for all the flavors I prefer! All of my favorites were ones you suggested with a few more to try!! I've made a lovely list of new wines to pick up, thanks to your insight and suggestions!
Is there some scientific reason as to why some people have sensitive/hyper sensitive palates and others can tolerate anything and everything? Having more discriminating preferences (aka "a picky eater") and getting lots of ribbing for not liking bitter or strong flavors, I'd like to have some scientific ammunition the next time my human garbage disposers, who will eat anything, give me a hard time.
This is such a great video and it's quite accurate!! Granted I love chocolates, lemon, espresso, latte, creme brûlée and chili... haha should I go for a blend...?
