Complex Autosomal and Y Chromosome Case Analysis

This presentation is an overview of two complex cases, one involving a Cox descendant and the other involving McCleary descendants, that Tim Janzen worked on during 2020 and 2021 in which autosomal DNA and Y chromosome test results were used to solve unknown parentage cases involving people who were born in the 1800s. The case studies show step by step how the genealogical solution unfolded as both new genealogical and genetic data was discovered.
