    I truly believe this works. I drink caffeine daily, and can say that yes of course it's not the same as drinking an energy drink but it literally does wake your mind up. I'm an Electro Mechanical Engineer, the way this works is through resonant frequency since everything vibrates at a certain frequency. In terms of what this is vibrating, I have not idea. Human resonance (I believe) is 7.83 Hz. Pineal Gland resonance is around 736 Hz

    As others have said, this video does not replace your morning cup of coffee, yerba mate, or tea. But it does seem to make me at least a little bit more mentally alert.
    I suggest for best results, you set it so that you can just BARELY hear the pulsing waves if you listen closely. So you don't just automatically hear the waves, but you have to actively pay attention to hear it. That way, you set it in the background of what you are doing and let it do what it is supposed to without paying it much mind. You'll just find yourself naturally feeling a little bit sharper.

    It kinda works but I'm drinking a nespresso 12 + retalin + prednisone + D-ribosa and all my countless medication (I have chronic fatigue not TDAH) so I don't know. I woke up 3 hours ago (slept like 9) and still feeling sleepy and tired.
    Coffee gives energy and wakes you up but right now I'm taking a lot of medication (hope be better soon) and even awake sometimes is difficult to think clearly, and of course it must be the month of exams. Oh why cruel destiny.... (Sorry) So this helps making me feel more awake.
    Someone studying for exams and with difficulty to concentrate can recommend me something that worked for them, please. In my situation I'm not hoping for miracles but something to help me study while being ill.
    I must be the only person in the world who gets depressed if I can't study one day... So I really would appreciate it.
    P.S.: forgive me my poor English.

      hey I think you may want to get tested for allergies if you are feeling regular fatigue. I was sleeping 13 hrs a day till I found out it was the soy milk and wheat I was allergic too. also you may have a b12 and omega 3 deficiency and magnesium. Ask your dr or try low dosages of the first too, they are near impossible to od on.

    • @LifeInPink999
      @LifeInPink999 8 лет назад +1

      +l Esposito thank you I have been tested for everything beginning for allergies, tumor and ending in lupus and all kind of autoimmune illnesses,all negative. I only have lactose intolerance. The conclusion because they are still insecure is that I have myositis because of a virus infection (that normally gives you a cold XD, but maybe had influenced my immune system and destabilized it) or myositis by toxicity as in the time when started my illness they increased a dose of medication that can cause toxicity... Some say that the fact that I stopped the treatment, and no longer had an active virus and still feeling bad is that's not a myositis but a chronic fatigue caused by the virus that again, some people even not notice that they are ill some have a cold like sensation. Eipsten-Barr can't cause a year of muscular pain, difficulty for walking and fatigue. What I think is that all of them studied in same university and had the same incompetent teacher who created incompetent doctors.

    • @LifeInPink999
      @LifeInPink999 8 лет назад

      +l Esposito oh and I have been tested for vitamin B deficiency all perfect. But before the results a family doctor made me do vitamins b injections in his opinion I had Beri-Beri (deficit of vitB1) because I'm vegetarian hahaha. Result I had high levels of vitamins B because of the painful injections but in the next test had normalized.
      What I strangely have is that even taking multivitamins everyday is vitamin D deficit, zinc and copper deficits. So now the gave me a high dose of zinc and active vitamin d. Also Q10, Mg, and D-Ribose for the fatigue. For pain still with painkillers and corticosteroids. Visited already 12 doctors everyone give a different diagnostic. I lost a year of my life, studies being closed in my home only exerting to see a doctor and still don't know why. Sorry for explaining all this here maybe someone reads it and had the same problem and will help me. Because its impossible be able to do 1,5 hours of cardio in August and feel like an invalid in October.

    I have to admit, I was a bit surprised how well this worked. I often suffer from tiredness and brain fog in the morning, sometimes all day. I've never been a morning person and struggle to wake up daily. I was listening on speakers with volume turned way up (but headset prob preferred), at the 7.5minute mark it felt like someone turned the power switch on in my head. At 9.5 minutes I was like, 'holy crap, this actually works!'. I recommend listening all the way through as others have suggested. This worked better than two cups of coffee

    No headphones needed at all. The sound is audible to our ears for one, so you don't need to use the headphone-only method to hear the sound. Also, the isochronic method has no need for headphones, all it demands is that you hear the sound. The only time you need headphones is if it's a "binaural beat."
