Its not necessary to change region , only languages and keyboard language need to change . Its working absolutely fine in 15promax without changing region( for both 18.1.1 update and 18.2 update)
Apple intelligence features are limited to 15 pro and above models bro. As said in the video. Minor feature changes but mostly bug fixes comes to 15 and earlier models.
