Thank you for reacting to this i really appreciate it, Toby was a big supporter of our military men and women he did alot of uso tours for our troops my hubby met him when he was on deployment in iraq and said he is a pretty awesome guy.. Toby's videos are all pretty comical he was a big jokester.. Thanks again for this tribute to him Rip toby keith you sure will be missed
You don’t have to like country music to give homage to this s great American. He performed over 400 times for our troops in 17 countries and built a special hospital like St Jude’s in Oklahoma. He also helped thousands of other individuals who were going through difficult times. He lived to give. A true American hero.
To see the serious, patriotic side of Toby, check out the song he wrote after 9/11 "Courtesy of the Red, white & blue, the angry American'. The official video has clips from the USO shows he did & it's an amazing song. He wrote it to boost troop moral, with no intentions of recording it, but one of the commanders insisted that ALL Americans need to hear it. I agree.. Toby traveled to over 15 countries & did over 200 performances for the troops. I love all the sides of Toby & he will be missed.
