i think eventually you might find a inventory /sku system that works right for you, i know you mention how important it is to save on time, but when you have your items labeled you can find it right away - my inventory system uses an alpha numeric system, box A1, A2, etc, but i also sell books. so when a book sold, i know where on my bookshelves it is. Technsports doesn't use a numerical system either, maybe you're style is like that of the reseller GOAT - he has items listed by the date. he knows that everything will sell within 2 weeks, but really interesting. i love love how you editing your video, even with no inventory SKU you KILLED IT that already shows you're pretty organized!!

It’ll get better bro I was homeless last year been in a hotel for about the same time now I was lucky enough to finally not have to pay rent because my mom works here now but i understand your struggle make that change even if you gotta start in the storage unit
What if you want to hire an employee? You will eventually need to if you continue your business bc you will always need to be growing. How will they know where everything is? You need an inventory system. It doesn’t have to be labeling every item but you have to be organized if you want to grow, which in this business you have to always be growing

We’re very similar in our inventory strategies I don’t have a labeling system but I know where my stock is always with my organization
