I was wondering what happened to him, poor Zac!!! I've never wore a boot but the best thing to is take it easy on your foot and when you go to bed, put a comfort pillow under your feet. I hope this helps ❤❤❤Get well buddy

I wear Air cast for my foot when I fractured it if you’re foot painful put 3 or more pillows underneath your foot to elevate and take Tylenol and get crutches as well too so no more pressure on the injured foot.
keep icing it for a day or 2, 10 minutes on 15 minutes off. keep elevated to help with swelling. these are just suggestions that I found to work for me, but everyone is different. Hope you feel better soon, Zach. hope you get back to doing what you love, soon.
