Hi there KJ, as you were indicating how Ruth or any other grandma would feel not seeing their grandkids. My heart was crying, I've walked in their same shoes. I have 5 grandkids, and the jist of them being taken from me was due to the love of money. I had to retire two years early due to gastroparesis and then breast cancer. My three children were only concerned with my retirement and pension. A very long story short, I have and still hurt from the inside out day after day. So, when I say that I can actually feel the pain from my heart crushing every day, you can believe it. I feel Ruth's pain and many other women that have had to bare the pain and torment and have no choice to live with it. We have grandparents rights here in WV, and I had a winning case, but my oldest granddaughter was only 11at the time and I had my mom to explain it to her and I gave her the choice. My attorney asked me if I could put her in between her mom and me. That was explained to her as well and with many, many tears she said no. So, I bailed out and I just wanted to die, but I don't believe in adults putting children or using children as leverage, it's sick!!
So, I hope that you can take away from my story KJ the depth of love that a heart can hold, but the amount of pieces it can break into is infinite. Thank you KJ for your channel ❤

Oh, the courtroom request? Because they want to reduce the number of attendees. The courtroom requested is much smaller.

It is encouraging to me and I’m sure others that if these parents and grandparents who lost children and grandchildren to murder can get endure not just the tragic senseless loss of the innocent lives but the long process of bringing those responsible for the heinous crimes to justice.

Thank you Kj. In my opinion you done an amazing job reading the book to us, I don’t notice you have an accent. I started watching this case during Charlie’s trial, that man makes me sick really the entire family does. This family thought they were above others and they could get away with murder, how stupid are they. During one of Wendy’s testimony’s she said the grandparents rights are unconstitutional, the judge struck that from the record, Wendy is so evil. I enjoyed your reading this book, now what am I going to do with the book I bought 😂😂. I will be following you through this.

There is a great channel, Madness and Motive. Bryan;s channel. He has done timeline and created affidavits for each of the supposed guilty parties. It generates great insight to the case. And I am all over this case because i listened to Wendi’s testimony during Charlie’s trial. When I heard how Wendi was keeping the children away from Ruth and family. I am a mom to a 3 year old adopted grandchild and I have 6 more grandchildren. I have such empathy for Ruth and her husband, and such disgust for Wendi and the Adelsons. And have you noticed that she wears the same outfit to every single trial? I believe that the real maestro (in my opinion) was Wendi. I also understand that Wendi cannot get her children in any of the private schools in Miami because they do not want to be a part of the drama. Last I heard she was looking at boarding schools. I bet Ruth could find a good school for those boys in Canada

IMO Harvey knew, but he is so emotional that they try to keep the problems arising from the murder away from him.

Good discussion KJ! I still need to finish listening to your uploads yesterday of the book - though I have read the book myself, probably about 6 months ago, but I was wanting to listen again because I always learn a little bit more each time I read/listen.
I agree with you that Harvey is likely guilty, along with Charlie, Donna & Wendi!! It just doesn't seem plausible to me that Wendi would not be involved when she stood to benefit the most from it!! And there isn't a lot, but there is some evidence of Wendi's involvement like how she texted Dan about his schedule the week of July 14-18, 2014 and if he would be in town. And she sent that text on July 6, 2014 when she was down in South Florida, visiting her parents and Charlie for her dad's 70th birthday party.
And my bet is, that she needed to find out Danny's schedule, so she could give it to Charlie who would give it to the hitmen. (Since the hitmen had made a trip up to Tallahassee to commit the murder on June 4, 2014 - but they lost Dan when they were trying to trail him, so they called it quits and drove back to Miami. But not before they did drugs with Shoddrick Nobles, who they met on that first trip of theirs in Tallahassee. Shoddrick testified, I guess, in one of the earlier trials.) We can find out what tactics Wendi used when she was interviewed by Detective Isom the day of Danny's murder! (Anyone who hasn't seen that can go and watch it on RUclips on Law & Crime Trial's channel, and that video is called: *"Charlie Adelson’s Sister Breaks Down During Police Interrogation About Ex-Husband's Murder"* ) Of course Wendi is such a liar, allegedly, that it's hard to parse through all of her lies!! But in that interview she threw Charlie under the bus, by telling the Detective about Charlie's hitman/TV "joke," and her parents too by saying how much they hated Danny, etc....

And if anyone watches that Interrogation video where Wendi is questioned by Detective Isom, *notice also that Wendi is wearing an "owl" t-shirt in that video,* done the day of Danny's murder. In my opinion, Wendi wearing that owl shirt is yet another indicator of her involvement and her wanting for Danny to be murdered! Owls are said to be an omen of death. (And one of the hitmen, Luis Rivera, is said to have posted an owl picture on his instagram on one of his and Sigfreido Rivera's two trips up to Tallahassee to commit the murder. Katie Magbanua saw it, and told Luis to take that sh*t down! So as not to blow their cover.)

I Missed the ask regarding thoughts around Donna’s guilt. I would have to go back and listen to Georgia’s closing. Is there a specific place that your subscribers are supposed to go?
