the skill needed to push has absolutely plummeted since i last played in like 2018. all his opponents had like barbarian bowl decks and spell valley skill. when i was at like 5k back in the day youd see classic meta decks like hog, icebow, logbait etc ALWAYS and they never made a singular mistake or leaked any elixir

I never play ladder, but decided to the other day and pushed from 7200 -> 8k with no champions or evolutions. Out of the 36 games it took to accomplish that, I only lost 4 matches. 😅
