Nope it’s SNES Donut Plains Zone Act 3 but here’s the difference the left turn from the start line is SNES Donut Plains Zone Act 2 and the right turn from the start line is SNES Donut Plains Zone Act 3 and those courses are not mirrored which means the word Mariokart on the start line is not reversed.
