Dear here is update: Don’t recommend anyone regarding “Labuan”, it’s also almost impossible too. Go to Labuan first, check there, meet local “Trust Companies” there. Now immigration even gets signature on “Declaration” that the director of Labuan company will maintain its ordinary residence in Labuan till he keeps work permit under a Labuan company., means they also can be caught if they are found continuously staying in west Malaysia (KL etc..). Now a days there is NO جُگاڑ at all., dear sir
Thank you for sharing your insights, legally you can stay any where is Malaysia as long as you have a valid visa from Labuan or KL . There concern is if you are doing any active business in labuan or not but we still leave it to the individuals choice .
@@AskGoharKhan dear brother, they also do the same “Operasi” to check the physical office and check accommodation too. Previously (2-3 months ago), all was fine. Even one table and one chair office was acceptable but now they need independent office. It means, same what you see in KL, Selangor, sane tough situation in Labuan. And Labuan is almost difficult in terms of maintenance (US$2800 Company annual renewal including trust company charges, registered office etc., US$900 per work permit, US$800 LFSA advance charges per work permit excluding to office and residence rentals). In short, Malaysia is no more longer a place for ordinary visa seekers. Only real big (mummy daddy) business people! Not for those who work hard and wants to make their future. This remains only for real big investors. If someone is not investor, then no way!
