Your son doesn't have a problem with violence. Adults FAILED him in school and through his mother. He wasn't attacking anyone when it came to his mother, he was using self defense to free himself from someone who put hands on him first. I think you will get through this and in many places 12-14 is the time courts tend to listen to the children as to where they want to live. Good luck, but remember, your son is your son and he isn't violent, he is a sweet kid who wants his father's support and someone who fights for him

You should’ve seen the judge’s face when I said that he should not have to pay child support when I allow them to go to him for the summers. That’s stealing from what he could do for them while he has them. That doesn’t make sense to me. Women think that it’s income for them to do what they want with. Nothing gets me angrier than a woman blowing child support money on herself and doing the least for her children. My daughter’s dad didn’t even TRY to see her or get to know her so I let the courts get him and moved on with my life. Any monies I got I put into an account and gave her the account to do what she needed to do with once she showed me she understands the value and how to make it work. She’s probably my most successful child. Anyway, we don’t bash the dad or mom NO MATTER WHAT. Children will see for themselves and make their own judgment. I tried with my children’s fathers and defended them as well.

Unfortunately they will use Johnny's fights against you. They will say he learned it from you. That is obviously a blatant lie but your X doesn't have a problem with that. Also, I feel really bad for Johnny bc she will probably get custody as in America DNA Trump's time spent as a parent in most instances. It's important Johnny learns that sticking up for oneself or ones family is always right! He just needs to know that he should be careful where he sticks up for himself. Definitely sue for paternity fraud and retroactive child support, possibly mental anguish on top of that.
