    It's a great snack for unexpected guests as long as you know the day before so you can defrost the puff pastry. Love it.

    Thomas is the best ! He has the expertise, knowledge and experience but keeps it simple so the viewer doesn't feel overwhelmed. He has a wonderful , amiable personality with 0 pretentiousness. He anticipates or can tell what most people's questions might be and weaves them in as he goes through the recipe . His shows are very calming and so enjoyable to watch. Thank you Thomas !!

      A different video says 20-30 minutes, and he turns his halfway through cooking.
      But, (big but), his are cut wider.

      I think he was eyeballing half inch width of strip but using the ruler to cut a straight strip if pastry!

    February 2024, one package of 2 sheets of puff pastry at my local walmart is over $6. So I won't be making these any time soon unfortunately.
