So I thought I should ask you for your advice by asking you a few questions. know I'm really late but if you answer my questions it would be of great help to me. Pllsssss stay away from Preboards. Directly, just don't go to give them as those will be useless. Only ur boards are gonna be considered so give priority to boards noww... Seek for help to teachers and frndss, and collect whatever resources u can. Just focus on ur weaker subjects/topics/concepts for now, as the easy ones can be completed between gaps. But still my advice will be to cover up all the syllabus as fast as possible, and try to revise everything at least 1-2 times, + don't neglect PYQs. Questions will come in form of critical and real life based. But still doing pyqs, will help u. They'll surely repeat the questions by converting them into real life based. Your concepts should be cleared properly for now. I am also going to give boards, and I've score something like 70% in preboards. Aiming to score 95%+. I am so weak in maths and science, for which I am preparing myself now. You too start doing your best!! Trust me, we'll get the best score, if we stay diligent and smart.

Hey, I'm not the creator but as a student of ICSE whose preboards have just ended, I'll suggest you don't go to school and study at home instead. Unless they're doing something important at school like solving papers, PYQs, etc. Going to school will be a waste of time
bhai tbf its fine cause u still have time but u will have to grind a lot to get good marks in the boards, focus on ur best of 5 subjects the most cause thats whats gonna matter in the end

That's kinda impossible even if you study for 16 hours a day basically it's not possible for subjects like maths and science because they are logic based subjects which you can't complete without practicing while subjects like eng , hindi , sst can be finished in 4 - 5 days easily but you still need good memory for sst ~

Hey, I am a student of class 10 ICSE and you can follow my suggestion if you like 😅 So I think you should solve PYQs first, because they won't give different questions all the time. Always give priority to past year's board papers and all the other past year papers since you've already completed your syllabus. And trust me, sample papers SOMETIMES are of no use. (I'm not sure about this though) because our teachers sent us a few sample papers out of which barely any questions had come. But to be on the safer side you can solve the sample papers after doing the PYQs. Also if you need some more tips: find ways to do effective revision like blurting, mind maps, charting, flash cards, etc. You can look for all these revision techniques on RUclips. I hope I could help ❤☺ You can still ask other people for advice if you're skeptical about mine

If it is english then read the texbook well. descriptions of characters and events have to be thorough and always have an idea of the the summary of chapters. Maybe learn new words that could enhance writing.
Mollyy ...I scored very well during my my unit tests and mid term but my percentage has decreased to 89% during my preboards 😣😭 any guidance plzzz...I want to score 98+%
preboards dont have to be easy. so revision to that level is important..If it is silly mistakes then practise better but if you lost mark for concepts then do problems based on that concept.
i would recommend you to first go through basic concept , write formulas in a paper and solve 10 years (must) It helped me a lot while pre boards. Also i scored 67/80 by preparing for just two days.
It's important to have some basic knowledge regarding solving sums and an idea of using formula's. If it's getting tough for you , then try solving examples from the book. This would help you to have some basic knowledge about the chapter . Then go for the pyq's . @@siddhii.23

Yes u are correct that this time you will be getting critical thinking questions but ig pyq's are better cause by solving those u get an idea of the type of questions that can come +sometimes they get repeated as well.And yes if you feel like solving question papers of other schools then it will be really great but don't ignore the pyq's.
sample books ki itni need nhi hain, agar aapki normal school ki books mein enough conceptual based ache questions hain toh and to be honest, agar aap online download karke board ke papers bhi solve karoge toh sample books ki koi need nhi hogi and aap acha score bhi kar paoge boards mein

How to know about the perfect keywords? Cause I can't find keywords and always suck at it.
If it is english then read the texbook well. descriptions of characters and events have to be thorough and always have an idea of the the summary of chapters. Maybe learn new words that could enhance writing.

preboards dont have to be easy. so revision to that level is important..If it is silly mistakes then practise better but if you lost mark for concepts then do problems based on that concept.

i would recommend you to first go through basic concept , write formulas in a paper and solve 10 years (must) It helped me a lot while pre boards. Also i scored 67/80 by preparing for just two days.
It's important to have some basic knowledge regarding solving sums and an idea of using formula's. If it's getting tough for you , then try solving examples from the book. This would help you to have some basic knowledge about the chapter . Then go for the pyq's . @@siddhii.23

Yes u are correct that this time you will be getting critical thinking questions but ig pyq's are better cause by solving those u get an idea of the type of questions that can come +sometimes they get repeated as well.And yes if you feel like solving question papers of other schools then it will be really great but don't ignore the pyq's.

sample books ki itni need nhi hain, agar aapki normal school ki books mein enough conceptual based ache questions hain toh and to be honest, agar aap online download karke board ke papers bhi solve karoge toh sample books ki koi need nhi hogi and aap acha score bhi kar paoge boards mein
