Local HVAC installers are slow to adopt to new technology.
Trade shows and training programs for installers need to be implemented.
More companies that produce Heat Pumps need to bring in trades people for classes at their facility and certify the installers.

I just ran into a local HP installer at my neighbor's house, he's bidding for a job to equip low income housing in Denver with heat pumps, one after the other. So glad such programs exist, created by Democratic leaders, to get climate justice. Previously, subsidies often went to well off homeowners. Money well spent vs millions spent on heating fuel assistance otherwise, all inefficient fossil fuel.
