Thanks so much ndugu en omuwejere you are good at analysis....I gree with Mr. Tugume.... because even the traffic officer...can do wrong ...en dey do wrong somewhere buh dey are untouchable too!
Thanks for the show it is so sad that Cate passed away because of Malaria May her soul rest in peace, I m an advocate of Malaria free in uganda i continue to advise everyone to embrace the use of other intervention tools besides the mosquito bed nets like Roperfree Mosquito Repellant purely made from our organic plants and approved by DNA
It's very true under the Road and Traffic and safety Act it's only an officer above the rank of assistant inspector of police can remove the a car number plate. Thank u Tugume that is the truth.
hackers can operate across continents and don’t need to be physically close to their targets to hack them. Hackers can access systems remotely over the internet, regardless of geographical location. They often use tools like virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxies to hide their true location and sometimes use compromised servers around the world to conduct attacks, making it hard to trace their origins. This global reach is one reason cybersecurity is crucial worldwide.
Mr. Tugume the plan to impoverish and exile native people of Uganda, particularly Baganda was part of the decisions made in the BTCD meeting in His home. So we are in this position of being renters in our own land not by our choice but by the same group where you seemingly belong🤔
Amaateka ga Uganda gakolembwa ba loya bafuuunyo mu parliament aba fele. Civil obidence is first, Obuntu as us Ugandans, then the maateka. Technically what was the root cause of the provocation...it was the lady, she broke all the traffic laws and therefore provoked the police officer as he carried out his job of enforcing correct and applicable traffic laws, so to Tugume's application of law the police officer was provoked to act the way he did. If she obeyed the traffic rules, the whole issue would have never happened. So am more than happy to take on Tugume in court and I will win with the police with the application of the principle and law that his described as in the eyes of the law she provoked first. Naye...Tuli bana Uganda, empisa no buntu are the first principal of of life.
Counc. Tugume , a co-operative society/union is formed by members who choose, out of their own volition, to come together for MUTUAL ECONOMIC BENEFIT. The moment the economic benefit isn't realized, the co-operative society/union collapses under its own weight. It is , therefore, NOT true that the Government Of Uganda obolished , or can abolish, co-operative societies/unions.
Government policy shifts, notably privatization, undermined cooperatives by reallocating resources and shifting market dynamics, limiting their capacity to thrive. Structural and policy-driven challenges, often outside their control, weakened these unions, especially in rural areas. Such policies forced cooperatives into unfavorable competition, impacting their sustainability. History shows government choices significantly affected cooperative success and autonomy. This platform has enough critical thinking to make a pushback of your lopsided submission!
Ndugu Stanley why don't u write book? If you say you will die with the info awo obeera selfish. Today if People like Dr A. A Kaliisa had written a book...wow that would Gold on the shelves
