Ingredients for Makke Ki Roti (for 8-10 Roti)
Makke ka Aata - 2 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Ingredients For Sarson Saag (for 4-5 servings)
For Pressure Cooked Saag-
Sarson Saag - 400 gms
Bathua Saag - 200 gms
Palak Saag - 200 gms
Garlic - 8 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 4
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
For Saag Tadka -
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chilli - 2
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kuti Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pressure Cooked saag
Salt according to taste
Butter - 1 cube
