Great video Mark. As a long term holder, we don’t care much about current price. As a trader looking to buy when oversold and sell when overbought, the weekly and 2 week charts are showing us we’re oversold and it’s a great time to buy more. Price on 2 wk bouncing off a rising 20 MA. Price on weekly chart is bouncing off a rising 40 Ma. The stochastic RSI on both charts is way oversold. Translation, great time to buy. Thx again for the different ways/ perspectives/ lenses to look at BTC’s potential. BTC is the ultimate disruptor
nope its monero actually the ultimate disruptor because : -etf wwwtf -black&van own tuns of miners -fatf laws (written by those that own black&van) will force registered miners to censor tx that are not kyc'ed. And yes miners CAN censor it already happened many times & will happen more and more, nobody knows that it's dangerous. - the asic production is heavily centralized & you can't just mine bitcoin like monero by just buying any arm single board pc that is silent and don't use much power; it is an heavy investment to mine bitcoin & beware of not obeying fatf laws. the idea of bitcoin is disruptive, not the product... it was meant to be a payment system but nobody uses it anymore to pay anything, disruptors use monero instead for all those reasons.
Enjoy your videos, but who is deciding that it is better to use so much of a camera angle where you are looking off to the side? The message is spot on and nothing should distract from that.
@@robjonson629 You will be okay. Those who bought it at 50k+ in 2021 later lost a bunch... but now they would be back to 0 or even have some profit if they sold at 74k. If you have it, hold it and forget about it.
@@robjonson629How? so you bought at the top, no big deal just lower your time horizon and don't sell. DCA and buy dips to lower your cost basis. BTC is a commodity that is here to stay. As soon as companies realize it is the best way to move money around it will go up in value.
So much work goes into these videos, Mark's way of explaining Bitcoin against other assets and how they calculate its potential is mind boggling. love the vids mark! small idea to improve videos..... improve audio! there is such epic audio quality available these days! you can have ultra loud and clear these days with AI plugins.. but mostly try to avoid the saturation... or use plugins to de-saturate.... but also a little optimising (not just plain leveling or compression) with multiband processing and spectral optimisation will render the voice way more real, authoritive and also more therapeudic and soothing. Youre a top speaker and these vids are super pro... deserves this finishing move! Your vids i try to never miss.
Laughing at your telephone story… I can relate in 1990 I taught at an intercity University. My family bought me a cell phone for safety. It took up my whole backpack. I’d have to charge it overnight for a three minute charge enough to call 911 if if I needed it.
I know what he meant but the phone story didn’t make any sense. Even if he was one of the few to adopt the cellphone, you could still call landlines and make use of it.
Gary do you use the Mayer Multiple to determine if the Bitcoin market is undervalued or overvalued? Thanks. I like your approach of learning by doing. Very refreshing.
If you diversify, you should get more, and never lose all. If you don't, you will get much more, or lose much more. If the goal is to become the richest or the poorest, a single asset is enough. If the goal is to never become poor, and not carrying about being the richest ... then personally i think diversification is gold :D
Great analysis with great data presentation 🥉, keep up the good job💪 Please consider Global liquidity and global trading vs current/future global politics/economic. Thanks in advance 👏
You've talked about lending against Bitcoin. I would love to see a video about how this actually works and about how to evaluate the various BTC lending platforms out there. Do you have a recommendation for one?
Hey Mark, if bitcoin price follows adoption, what are your thoughts about the bitcoin active addresses dropping off a cliff since the etfs launched? Why do you think adoption has declined?
My BIG CONCERN is regarding the GREAT TAKING> Several sources are saying the new economic system is ready to be installed and OUR ASSETS including IRA'S, 401K's etc. are owned by the new system and our assets are really just loaned to us including precious metals, stocks, bonds etc. Does one take a crypto currency IRA and withdraw it to a private wallet? Or does Bitcoin get owned by the government too?
It does not matter how many cell phone users there are for a cell phone to be useful. When Mark Moss bought his first cell phone, the cell phone was still useful, because the cell phone could call both cell and landline phone numbers..... and the network of land phone numbers was already large when cell phones came out.
Exactly, the example works better with the real phone: 1 phone = 0 value 2 phones = 1 (connection) value 3 phones = 3 (connections) value 4 phones = 6 (connections) value 5 phones = 10 (connections) value ... 10 phones = 45 (connections) value 100 phones = 4950 (connections) value 1000 phones = 499.500 (connections) value ... N phones = Nx(N-1)/2
Interesting, thanks. Sorry, this is off topic, the question is how to transfer USDT from an OKX wallet to Binance? Nothing except the seed phrase: arrow castle awkward invest right track math just test hello stamp skate. Can you describe how to do this correctly?😢
Bitcoin seems to work as a store of value but it is awful as a payment network (expensive and slow). The analogy of using BTC as oil with all the sub-products doesn't work here, Intents of L2 on top of Bitcon like Lighting have failed. I hope it continues to go up, just that part of your theory seems a bit off.
This question is not on topic, I have an OKX wallet with USDT and a seed phrase for it (head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive). How can I transfer them to binance
Legend bro, so much alpha here. The S2F model isn't an accurate way of valuing BTC, but by using Metcalfe's law, as crypto gets more adopted, which is expected to happen as Trump is promoting crypto and he's more likely to become president, and by using the projection global liquidity you can confidently say BTC is looking very strong in the long-term. I don't like how everyone is finding out about global liquidity now, which makes it harder to find a competitive edge in the market, but I'll find a way. I love retail traders puking, fucking idiots thinking we're in a bear market. BTC is the greatest asset of all time and it's one of the greatest ways to defeat the matrix. Let's fucking go!!!
Rarity and practical usage are issues. Can be thousands of types of coins, and it is likely a better bitcoin will come along. Do you really want to be holding Bitcoin when bitcoin 2.0 comes out or government bans it's use? Please don't bet more than you can afford.
But what about other cryotp currencies? Bitcoin doesnt own the field alone. There are always more competitors and technologies advancements and better coins etc.
The U.S. “government” will print less money in the future when the market doesn’t want to buy their debt. The more parabolic a move becomes, the less sustainable it is. That includes money supply.
