I’ve used all different kinds of training plans, they have a lot to offer from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Also everything from a sprint Tri to a full Ironman. Lots of options! I’ll definitely be eating more vegan for this Ironman and training will be different as well, with pools being closed I’ll have to be a little more creative. Great questions!
